Our lake front home is awaiting your arrival! Tucked away on a dead end street in the quietest area of this picturesque lake, you'll have all the comforts of home, but feel like you are on vacation.

Open concept living room/kitchen, includes breakfast bar, full sized stainless steel appliances, sofa sleeper, electric fireplace, 55-inch Smart TV, and a panoramic view of Beaver Dam Lake!

Kitchen comes with dishes/glassware, cookware, utensils, blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

Bathroom is stocked with towels and hair dryer.

3 Bedrooms: Each bedroom comes with bedding, nightstands & closet
- Master Bedroom: Queen Bed
- Second Bedroom: Two Full Beds
- Third Bedroom: Twin Daybed

Basement is set up with a second living room space, with two single futons, electric fireplace, 32-inch TV, DVD player, mini fridge and game area. There is also a sink and stand up shower, along with a washer and dryer.

Off of the living room, you step out onto your private deck, overlooking the lake.

This house was the perfect place for our sisters weekend away. Beautiful lake views in a quiet neighborhood, comfortable lodgings, fun "at the lake" decor, and a well appointed kitchen. We ventured out to Brix Vineyards and Schaumburg Dinner Club, but mostly stayed at the house to enjoy the lake views!

We were disappointed that the lake is not the best for swimming, skiing, or tubing due to the “green” water. My husband Bryan and I met in 2005 in Milwaukee, WI and a vacation on the lake has always been a constant. For as long as I can remember, my husband always knew he wanted a lake house, and we worked really hard to make that a reality! The thing we are most excited about is being able to share this place with our family and friends (especially our Daughter, Harper). There is something about a simple vacation on the lake that makes for some of the best memories. We sincerely hope you enjoy this labor of love as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We both fell in love with the quiet and relaxation this house provides, while still being close to all of the amenities you need day to day. With our work schedules, we longed for a place for us to escape to, without being hours away. It is so wonderful being able to come up to Hickory Point for a "time out" from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

What makes this property unique

Hickory Point Rd is set on one of the quietest parts of the lake, but only 15 minutes from Downtown Beaver Dam.

Set on 75 feet of private lake frontage.

Located 60 minutes from Madison, 90 minutes from Milwaukee, and 120 minutes from Green Bay.
