About this property

West World

We know you'll enjoy our lake home and any of the 6700 acre Beaver Dam lake you care to explore! Our Mid Century Modern open concept home is a Ranch with a new patio, new pier and hard bottom lakefront.

Our home features 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and a full bathroom with shower and jetted tub. Here you'll find the queen master, full guest and 2-twin bedrooms. The finished lower level features a full bath, living area, and 2 more bedrooms, 1 with a full bed and the other the 4 twin bunk room (great for the kids-send em' downstairs!). Plenty of closets are available throughout the home.

The view from the Kitchen, living, dining and sunroom are all beautiful lake views. We include the use of our paddle boat and paddle board. If you care to bring your own boat you're welcome to use the pier as well, and the public boat launch is just a few blocks away.

You can enjoy cooking in our equipped kitchen, or keep an eye on the kids on the lake while you cook on our grill on the patio. If you have the energy, there's always the option to hang at the fire-pit next to the lake for some drinks, or maybe even s'mores?

Great place to stay!

Had a fun trip out to beautiful beaver dam Wisconsin with some friends for a disc golf trip. Couldnt have picked a better spot to stay!

Anniversary party/ Family reunion

They had everything. Every time I thought I forgot something it was there and so much more. Toys, games, everything for the kitchen and everything for fun on the lake. My sisters and their kids and grandkids came out for the day on Sunday and they all complimented on what a beautiful and perfect place it was to get together. Could not be more impressed.

Wonderful West World!

Our West World vacation stay is characterized as truly wonderful. The hosts are friendly and highly responsive. Check in was super easy. A wonderful welcome gift from them was waiting for us after check in. The home is nicely appointed with comfortable furniture and beds. Bathrooms are large and clean, and the bathroom linens are quite nice. There are expansive views of Beaver Dam Lake from the main living area as well a lake access from the lovely back yard with fire pit. The kitchen is well-appointed and comes supplied with a Keurig and a nice variety of coffee pods. The kitchen layout makes it easy to have a large group gather where everyone want to be--around the island. Nearby the island is another popular gathering spot--the wood burning fireplace insert that is a wonderful source of heat and light in the October evenings we spent there. The high top dining table is another natural gathering place as is has superb views. The weather at the time prevented us from enjoying the outdoor amenities of the concrete lakeside patio and patio furniture, firepit, and dock. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there as a group of high school friends gathering together once again. Many thanks to Nick, our host, for a wonderful time at West World.
