This Villa is located in the quite area of Los Colorados in Playa Blanca, 2 minute walk to the local supermarket and a 10 minute walk to the Pueblo Center with several bars, restaurants and cafes.
This duplex villa has 2 large King Size Bedrooms bedrooms, Bedrooms are fitted with Aircon Units.
1 good size twin room with fitted wardrobes and aircon.
Ensuite shower room to the master bedroom and shower/wc between the double bedroom and twin.
From the upstairs there is access to the large balcony where you can enjoy the sea views with seating area & Swing Chairs.
The main downstairs area is open plan, with a well supplied kitchen, nice spacious dining area.
The lounge has a new large comfortable sofa, English TV package provided and WIFI.
There are 2 large patio doors leading onto the garden area, with a private pool and terrace, Pool heating available on request.
From the kitchen there is a Walk-in Shower Room and Laundry Area,

Great two-floor house with private pool, close to shop and coa

Well renovated house with lots of space, amenities and private pool that can be heated for an extra cost. Walking distance to shop, coast and some local restaurants. About twenty minutes walk along the coast to the Rubicon marina.

Lucky to get this house at short notice.

We enjoyed a few days in this well located, well equipped home. Jodie was very easy to contact with & kindly allowed us to store our luggage in the house as we arrived early. The bed was comfortable & a/c in main room very efficient. We liked the easy walking to the local supermarkets & the Marina. We had a couple of issues which Jodie quickly took care off.

Very homely accommodation

Villa was well equipped, clean and spacious The communication with Jodie and Brett was very good and any queries we had were addressed immediate.All positive except for the fact that no plastic glasses were provided for drinks around the pool area.Additionally the outdoor space adjacent to the pool was a little small but didn’t cause us any problems.Would recommend this property especially as its location is well placed for walking into the marina and having a supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

Frequently visit Playa Blanca. Villa was perfectly located for our needs. Villa was the perfect size and had everything we needed for our stay. Marina was within walking distance and only 5 mins walk to bars and restaurants nearby. Pool was a good size. Relaxation areas were a nice touch with the egg chairs - my favourite spot for an afternoon siesta!! Communications with Brett & Jodie were excellent -thank you. Would defintely recommend and would book this villa again. 😊

Beautiful renovated villa

The property is fabulous and very well appointed a short stroll from Marina Rubicon and about a 40 minute walk from the centre of Playa Blanca. We booked a last minute break and manager was very quick with her responses. My only negative is the space round the pool, we were only 3 and found the space very limited, with six I think it would be very crowded. Also eating outside was difficult we had to carry everything upstairs. We would however book again as a couple as the villa is very comfortable

Lovely relaxing break

Property is as see on the photos, very spacious inside and well maintained and clean. Pool area is nice only small but adequate for a quick dip and outside table great for breakfasting. The area is very peaceful we walked most evenings (20mins just over 1 mile) to the Marina for dinner loads of great restaurants but very busy so its less stress if yoh book restaurants ahead. You can also get the local bus No 30 just up the road and for €1.40 takes you all around Playa Blanca takes about 10mins to the bus station which is central for the town/harbour area you can stay on the bus all the way to the lighthouse. Best beaches are a 25 minute walk over the hills to Papagayo stunning area but take a picnic with you no facilities at this beach. Dorada beach is about 1.5miles along the seaside walk way and has facilities if you prefer. Would recommend this villa Thank you

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at villa Julian…it is exactly as it looks in pictures a real home from home and in a great location. Go out Villa turn left and walk around 3 minutes to a hyper dino supermarket walk under a minute past the hyper dino to a British Iceland. We used the Moovit app to get around on local bus again go out of Villa turn left and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk it takes around 10-12 mins to get into playa Blanca town or it’s a lovely 30-35 minute stroll we usually walked back to walk our dinner off. There is a muga pitch type thing for the kids just behind the bus stop. The marina is around a 10-15 minute walk again turn left when exit villa walk along and take next left head down and keep sea on left and walk along promenade til you reach marina this is where you will find the market on a wed and sat.I cannot fault the Villa at all it was perfect in every way for us as a family and I would highly recommend if your thinking about booking definitely go for it🙂

Das Haus ist ein Reihenmittelhaus mit einem kleinen Grundstück, das leider im November nur bis mittags Sonne hat. Darum war es gut, dasss wir die Poolheizung dazugebucht hatten. Das Häuschen war genau richtig für 2 Personen. Auch mit 4 Personen ist es noch OK. Mit einer grösseren Gruppe muss getrennt gegessen werden, da im Aussenbereich kein ausreichend grosser Tisch vorhanden ist und auch die Gwschirrausstattung nicht ausreicht. Aber, für uns ar es ideal ... Alles sehr sauber und gute Betten !!

Muy buena casa. 3 habitaciones amplias. Colchones muy buenos. 2 baños completos con duchas espaciosas y un aseo. Salón estupendo. Smart tv. Cocina super bien equipada. Piscina con buen tamaño. La terraza del piso superior magnífica, con vistas maravillosas. Supermercado a 5 min andando. Para el resto necesitas coche. Muuuucho calor en la casa, aunque tienes torres de ventilación en cada estancia. Para mi gusto le faltaría alguna toalla más. Muy contenta con la casa, repetiría.

La casa è esattamente come descritta nell'annuncio bellissima posizione comoda ai servizi e vicinissima ad una spiaggia a poca distanza c'è un negozio di alimentari raggiungibile a piedi. La casa è molto bella completamente accessoriata la vista che c'è dal terrazzo è molto bella e rilassante se proprio ci devo trovare un difetto le porte interne che faticano a chiudersi. One of the best!

Have stayed in several villas in Playa Blanca, and this is up there with the best. Easy to find, excellent location for access to shops and Rubicon Marina. Clean, comfortable and well equipped with balcony off main bedroom with fabulous views. Highly recommended.
