Come stay at our updated condo at the Ledges!!!...NAUTICAL SHORES #233 (2 Pools & Beach)

We've taken into account everything that we would like in a vacation home if we were going to book a rental... Because, WE STAY HERE TOO!

One challenge we had was how to best furnish the unit to accommodate large families. We wanted our condo to be inviting to families as well as friends. We met this challenge with a king bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the guest room. Go upstairs and No more (or at least fewer) arguments with kids having to share a bed... We have not one, but 2 bunk beds in the upstairs bedroom. The first is a twin over twin and the other is a twin over full!!! We hope this will meet anyone's vacation needs! Make sure you check out the pictures below...

-Access to 'web-TV' like Netflix, Hulu & Roku
-Up-Scale, modern furniture and décor.
-Washer and dryer in unit, newer appliances in kitchen featuring white granite
-From the Deck you'll enjoy a view of the lake and the beach. Spend an evening on the deck relaxing and watching a beautiful sunset while watching boats come and go!

**As of April 1, 2024, we regret to inform you that all open flame grills are now prohibited. Please note that pellet smokers, charcoal, and propane grills are no longer permitted due to a recent policy change by our new insurance company and the city of Osage Beach.

Our goal when you come stay in our vacation home is that you feel as if you're our guest. We hope you're so pleased with your stay that your are ready to book your return trip before you leave!

BOATERS: If you need a boat slip let us know and we can get you in contact with a boat slip to rent. However, The State Park is a short drive away and offers a very nice launch facility as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker which is just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge, and the center-point of everything on the water!

LADIES' WEEKENDS: All the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village, the largest Outlet Mall in the State with over 110 factory direct outlets. Also, make sure to stop by 'the Landing' which is right up the hill from the Ledges. This very quaint group of shops will be a fun-filled afternoon for any group!

GOLFERS: Bring your Clubs!!!
Some of the best golf courses are a short drive from the centrally located Ledges Complex.

The fine print... By booking this unit, you agree to the following rules and regulations of both Unit 233 and it's owners, as well as the Ledges Condo Owners Association... (ie, this is our rental agreement)

**ABSOLUTLEY NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED IN CONDO. Any violation of the pet or smoking policy will forfeit their deposit. PLEASE RESPECT THIS RULE SO THERE WILL BE NO FINES.**

(AT LEAST ONE RENTER MUST BE 24 YEARS OLD OR OLDER.)

CHECK-IN: 4:00pm...CHECK-OUT: 10:00 am

All rentals are subject to local sales tax and lodging tax. Departure cleaning fee of $180.00.

Damage deposit of $300.00 on all stays. Deposit is refunded within 10 days of departure after inspection\cleaning of condo and return of keys and parking permits.

$50.00 fee(per permit) for non return of parking permit. Use of parking permit is required during holiday periods only. (ie: Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July and Labor Day weekend)

No refund for late arrival, early departure, inclement weather.

Quiet hrs. 11: 00PM-7:00AM enforced by grounds security.

Condo rules and regulations will be in the condo. Any violations of the rules will result in fines which will be deducted from your deposit or billed to you.
No Ice Maker in unit.
Starter supplies of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, and fresh bath towels and linens are provided. Additional supplies are not included in rental. Gas is not supplied for grill. Communication is key, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns!

Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled more than 60 days prior to stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled 30 days prior to stay will receive 50% refund. Less than 2 weeks refund is dependent on unit being re-booked.

Baseball and Family fun

The condo was beautiful and everything was as it was described. They had plenty of cookware in the kitchen to make meals on the days we wanted to stay close to the lake. The condo is close to several boat rentals and the little beach area. The kids loved fishing and taking the boat out. Overall this condo was perfect for our family and I would love to come back again.

A wonderful family vacay!

We had a wonderful time with our annual family vacation before school starts. Our condo was beautiful and our host was top-notch. She was quick to reply when i had questions/concerns and helped us find a slip for our boat last minute (we weren't planning on bringing a boat initially, but she helped us out!) Would definitely recommend!

Place was great. Just couldn’t give five stars because we were not told to turn the breaker on for the water heater so we no hot water the first day at all. Also we turned on the ice machine per the instructions and it never made ice. It is a good size for 6 people.

Susanna was A+ in terms of responsiveness! Lovely unit - perfect for our family gathering! Condo nice, lots of room for everyone! Furnishings nice, downside couldn’t use deck because of huge nest and dead bird in grill. Also couldn’t use grill if we had wanted. Notified property owner upon arrival was acknowledged but not removed.

Perfect for family with kids

We really enjoyed our trip! The kids loved the beach and the pool as we spent most of our days there. The kitchen had plenty of amenities and dishes and the location was close to the store and other activities, boat rentals etc. The kids thought the bunk room was fun. We had a small issue with the internet staying connected but it seemed to be an issue with the provider at the time as another unit we rented had a similar issue. There was a roku so we were able to get Netflix on for the kids at night and watch movies. Great view of the water and most evenings were spent on the deck enjoying the weather.

Beautiful condo with very modern updates. There were 6 of us total and we loved the tvs in each room to get some space when we needed it. The deck was a great place for grilling and the view is amazing. The location in general is awesome and quick access by boat or car to many restaurants, go karts, and shopping. We rented a boat one day and Surdyke Boat Rental is only 1 mile away. It does state in the description to bring 'extras' and we found this to be true. For a larger group like us, we bought paper towels, TP, and trashbags. For a big condo complex, it is very quiet at night. Our kids LOVED the little beach and we had fun night swimming. Super place!

Needs a deep cleaning. Tv in living room didn't work. No instructions. Only one dishcloth and hot pad. Baking pans and griddle need replacement. Poois too small for population.

Family Vacation

Our group of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Ledges. Susanna and Joe’s property offer quick and easy access to a beach, multiple pools, and a dock which satisfies all ages from 2-63. The unit has a very contemporary and updated feel with a good taste in furniture, decor, bedding, etc. The master bedroom leads right out to a balcony, which my parents took advantage of every morning to drink their coffee and enjoy the sunrise lake views. The kiddos loved the staircase and the bunk bed room and gave them a space to play. The kitchen has what you need and then some. There are multiple boat rental companies within 5 minutes away that were convenient for our group. Susanna is easily reached for any questions. Our FYI for another family staying-the pullout queen couch may be more suitable for kids than grownups and plan to bring your own bedding for it. I would also suggest bringing hand towels, towels, and washcloths if you have a larger group. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone else considering.

Nice “Lake” place

We were just in for one night and stayed here. It was good to lay our heads. It feels very lake side. Clean, but a few things out of place and messy. We were in and out so did not spend any time in the space but to sleep and shower.
