Beautiful apartment, perfect location! We had to research how to get the air conditioning to work/stay on (didn't want to bother the host) but other than that, had a delightful experience and would definitely stay here again!

An elevator; what a treat! The apartment was in the old town with lots of restaurants and food shops nearby. It was an easy walk to the historical sites and the University of Sevilla. Good water pressure in the shower. All amenities worked well. Recommend.

Perfect location

Everything about the apartment was perfect. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for our 2 Week stay.We really enjoyed the location as we were on a pedestrian roadway that had lots to do and see, but was quiet in the late evening. We were also a short walk to many of the major sights and had many options for restaurants and cafes.

Great location, close to the grocery store, restaurants and attractions. The apartment is a nice size for two people, very clean, the AC and hot water worked very well and layout was logical. It is on the second floor but it did have an elevator so no dragging heavy suitcases up stairs.

Basic, clean, comfortable apartment overlooking Calle Francos (a pedestrian only street) and 2 blocks from the Sevilla Cathedral. Host was very accomodating to our needs and welcomed a couple of suggestions I made to make the place even more comfortable. Host assisted us in arranging a taxi to San Justa train station. Very conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and markets.A big plus is that it has a lift to the second floor...

The location is great. Close to restaurants. Loved the idea of a totally separate bedroom. The only complaint is that the coach was too soft to sit on, and they only had Spanish TV. (no Netflix etc.) Otherwise, the place is perfect. Very clean and bright,

Dear Gail, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to know that you appreciated the location, the layout with a separate bedroom, and the cleanliness of the apartment. Regarding comfort, we understand that this can be a subjective matter and may vary according to personal preferences; nonetheless, we will take your comment into account. As for the television, it currently offers Spanish channels, and we regret that this did not fully meet your expectations. We appreciate your observations and will take them into consideration for possible future improvements. We would be delighted to welcome you again in the future. Kind regards, Quality Department

Great Trip

Seville was such a beautiful area! My husband and I enjoyed everything being close by and within walking distance. Cristina was a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions and concerns. We arrived early, and she was able to take our bags until the apartment was ready. We will certainly be back!

We stayed at Rosas place the third week in February. We found the unit just as the listing described, clean, well stocked and easy to use. The location was great, just a few blocks to the metro and all we needed to see. The washing machine and dryer were a great addition. We enjoyed the terrace each evening for snacks and a glass of wine. Many shops, restaurants and groceries within an easy short walk. Rosa was also nice enough to send in advance 18 pages of advice/recommendations on how to get around, where things were, restaurants to try. We had a lovely four nights in Madrid. Thanks again Rosa for allowing us to visit your home.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our 10-day stay here. There was an agent at the apartment to meet us when we arrived. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very helpful. The central location was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to be. The pedestrian-zone street also has a no-noise after 11pm policy, which is very nice. Having the elevator was a great help in moving luggage etc. There are one or two small things that need updating, but overall, we enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to friends.
