The apartment was as described and how it looked in the photos. Location was great with plenty of places to eat near by and was within walking distance of many attractions. The personal reception from the owners son upon arrival was very helpful and made us feel at home. Yes, we would recommend this apartment to others.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a great location. Easy walk to the Cathedral, the Alcazar, train station & the Plaza de Espana. 2 grocery stores nearby.Maria was great to communicate with & the apartment was spacious and clean.

Convenient location, very walkable to most attractions. Interior is very basic but functional. Bring earplugs as other people in the building and their dogs can be heard very easily as they’re up late, past midnight. Maria was an exceptional communicator and met us at the apartment when we arrived late from our delayed flight.

We had a great stay at Maria’s apartment. There was plenty of space to unwind after a tough day of site seeing. Maria greeted us and explained everything to us. The location was perfect!

Family of 4 (2 adult children) truly enjoyed our stay here. So central, yet quiet, spacious and filled with natural light. Nice to relax together in the living room after long days of exploring the city. Surrounding cobblestone streets (with no-entry for cars) make it challenging with luggage in tow.

Perfect location. Host was very attentive and on hand throughout. One little niggle was the lack of sockets in the kitchen area but a minor detail. Would stay again

Spacious apartment in great location

Maria met us at the apartment and gave us helpful information about the apartment and nearby attractions. We were within easy walking distance of the Sevilla cathedral, Royal Alcazar as well as good restaurants.

Beautiful Seville

We had a truly wonderful stay in Seville , thanks to the amazing hospitality of Maria and her place. From the moment we arrived Maria was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful with local tips and recommendations .Her place is not only clean and comfortable ,but also ideally located , just a short walks to historic sites ,cafes,tapas bars and restaurants .Thank you , Maria, for making our visit so memorable.

Everything was excellent. The location is the best. Right in the heart of old Seville, walking distance to all caffès and restaurants but far enough so you don’t hear the noise. Maria is an excellent host. I recommend this apartment.
