This home is ideally located directly in the Centre of Sitges which is a major advantage from other properties. Typically, in the centre of town you can only find smaller apartments which often require you to divide your family/friends between different locations. On the other hand, if you look for a larger villa, you must be prepared move to the outskirts of the town and often a 15-20 minute car ride is required to reach the centre of Sitges as well as it´s beautiful beaches. In addition, it has been recently renovated and therefore all the furniture is mostly new! There is nothing more refreshing than staying in a newly renovated home and enjoying the latest in modern comforts. For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation. In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price.

Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.

Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€ per pet/month (maximum 300€ per pet/stay).

For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.
