Sitges Spaces Beach Side Flat is a magnificent 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment next to the famous San Sebastián Beach located on a quiet street just a few steps from the center of town. As soon as you open the door of this bright house, thanks to its south orientation that allows natural light to enter all day, you will find a large living room with open kitchen providing ample space for groups or large families looking for comfort without sacrificing a privileged location a few steps from the beach. A nice terrace is also next to the living room opening onto a quiet street.

The decoration is done with great taste in a modern and comfortable style and the lighting is very careful even with dimmers to achieve the ideal atmosphere for any time of day.

It has a room with a double bed and a bathroom (with shower) that can be ensuite or shared with the other rooms according to the desired configuration. The other 3 bedrooms offer single beds that can be pushed together or separated. There is also a sofa bed in the living accommodating up to 2 more guests allowing a maximum capacity of 8 people. Each room is decorated in a unique style that transmits much harmony to the house. There is also a second large bathroom with a shower.

The house is fully air conditioned with air conditioning and heating for a pleasant stay at any time of the year.

Undoubtedly one of the best attributes of the apartment is its proximity to San Sebastián beach, which is one of the most beautiful in Sitges, also offering a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. The promenade that was renovated a few years ago is one of the largest and most beautiful in Sitges, making walks by the sea a real luxury!

There is a covered parking space available in the same building with a small supplement.

For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation. In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price.

Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.

Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€ per pet/month (maximum 300€ per pet/stay).

For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.
