For your holidays, a charming house, located in the village island of Grotte Rolland, between the sea and the calanques.La sweetness of Provence.
It is a district where life is good, quiet, lulled by the song of the cicadas...
Here you leave the car, to go down to the sea on foot, for a canoe trip, to go diving or hiking in the Marseilleveyre massif (Calanques park), or to walk in the Pastré park.
Mountain bike outings are also offered.
And to discover Marseille, boat shuttles take you to the Old Port, allowing you to enjoy the magnificent landscape of the harbour of Marseille.
The Frioul Islands, the Château d'If, are another excuse to take the boat...
The house is located on the edge of the Pastré park, and the calanques park, in a quiet residential area. Between the sea and the creeks.
The house has a swimming pool of 4m x2.50m, with swimming against the current.
With a surface area of 180m² on two levels plus the cellar, the house consists on the ground floor:
A bedroom with adjoining dressing room, not air-conditioned (equipped with a pedestal fan), a large bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, an open-plan kitchen, opening onto the air-conditioned dining room and the terrace.
The terrace has a nice view of the Marseilleveyre massif, and a small sea view. Shade sails protect the dining area and its table for 6 people.
Upstairs: an air-conditioned bedroom, with balcony which offers a beautiful sea view. Large walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
A large attic living room offers sea and hill views. The living room is not air-conditioned, but has a ceiling fan.
An independent studio of 18m², air-conditioned.
Composed of a bedroom with kitchen area and shower room.
You can park on the street in front of the house.

Beautiful home

Great house at a beautiful spot, close to the beach and nature. Very nice for family vacation with dogs. Very nice and helpful concierge For us the temperature was pretty high, so we really missed an air conditioning at the main house, there are fans but for us that was just not enough. But overall , great vacation!

Es entsprach alles den Angaben in der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Audrey und Marie sind äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.
