The apartment was fully renovated in 2021 and features modern and stylish furnishings. The open living/dining room boasts a panoramic window with a sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and is equipped with cable TV (flat screen), radio, and air conditioning. The living room also provides access to the balcony. There is one small double bedroom without a window, but it contains a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). The large, open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a steamer. A dining table is also available in the kitchen area. The apartment has a shower/WC with double hand-basins.
