Lovely apartment

Excellent property, as featured in photos. Great, large sunny balcony and handy parking space in the garage. We would definitely use again on a return visit to Tenerife.

Dream Escape

I spent an unforgettable two weeks in this apartment in Tenerife. The place boasts a spacious terrace and a breathtaking ocean view, offering the opportunity to watch magical sunrises. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and its quiet, peaceful setting is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The owners are always approachable and ready to resolve any unexpected issues. I would confidently recommend these apartments to all my friends, and if the opportunity arises, I plan to stay here for even three months next time., but will see.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung hat eigentlich alles, was man benötigt: 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Wohnzimmer und Küche. In der Küche findet man Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, 3 Kochfelder (ohne Backofen), grosse Kühl-Gefrierkombi und Geschirrspüler sowie die üblichen Kücbenutensilien. Der Blick von der Terasse, die Lage und Entfernung zum Strand sind super und ein Garagenplatz rundet das Angebot ab. Wir waren zu viert und da war es perfekt. Die Fürsorge der Vermieterin war jederzeit vorhanden, sie hat immer sofort freundlich und kompetent auf Anfragen reagiert. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Radazul Bajo

Quartier chic, paisible et haut de gamme près de la mer. L'appartement est très confortable pour deux et offre une vue extraordinaire sur la mer. Aranxta et Fran ont été des hôtes exemplaires et ont répondu à toutes nos demandes.Radazul Bajo est à une quinzaine de minutes du centre-ville de Santa Cruz par bus et l'arrêt à proximité de l'immeuble est parfait pour des courses ou visites en ville.

Geräumige Wohnung mit Meerblick

Eine geräumige Wohnung in der 7. Etage mit einen herrlichen Blick direkt auf das Meer und den Strand. Auf der großzügigen Terasse konnte man täglich den Sonnenaufgang bewundern. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles, was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt benötigt. Zur Unterkunft gehörte auch ein kostenloser Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Wenige Meter entfernt, befand sich ein wunderschöner Strand mit teils weichen feinen schwarzen Sand und teils kleinen Kieselsteinen. Der Strand war nie komplett überfüllt. Des weiteren befanden sich gut per Fuß erreichbare Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, wobei ich aber trotzdem ein Auto empfehlen würde, da es teilweise recht steile Wege sind. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Arantxa verlief stets super. Sie war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Noch einmal vielen lieben Dank, das wir in Ihrer Unterkunft übernachten durften. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung wärmstens weiter.

Sehr schöne Zeit in toller Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, ausreichend groß für 4 Personen, sehr gut ausgestattet, praktisch geschnitten, modern und sauber. Die große Terrasse mit herrlichem und freiem Meerblick ist der Höhepunkt. Sie wird nur noch übertroffen von der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Arantxa, der Vermieterin. Sie hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert und alle unsere Wünsche schnellstmöglich erfüllt. Etwas nervend waren die sehr kleinen Ameisen, die wohl in der ganzen Gegend verbreitet sind. Mit dem von Arantxa zur Verfügung gestellten Ameisenspray waren sie zu bekämpfen. Der sehr kleine Geschirrspüler muss bei 4 Personen jeden Tag genutzt werden, die hochwertige Waschmaschine war bei 4 Wochen sehr hilfreich. Der Ort selbst ist sehr ruhig, es gibt fast keinen Tourismus, einen Supermarkt und 3-4 Restaurants am Hafen. Wir haben die vier Wochen im Februar 2024 sehr genossen. Der kleine schwarze Strand direkt vor der Tür ist sehr praktisch und zum Baden geeignet. Wenn wir wieder nach Teneriffa kommen, werden wir gerne wieder hier wohnen.

Tolle Unterkunft für 4 Erwachsene

Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine schöne Wohnung, die für 4 Erwachsene bestens geeignet ist: 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer. Der Wohnbereich ist ausreichend groß. Besser ist aber die Terasse, die viel Patz, frischen Wind und Meeresrauschen und viel Aussicht bietet. Die Ankunft verlief dank der Informationen von Arantxa problemlos, auch am Abend. Wenn wir wieder auf Teneriffa den Norden besuchen möchten, ist die Wohnung ein guter Startpunkt.

Apartamento premiun con vistas

Es un apartamento remodelado hace muy poco con el magnífico gusto de Angel ( el propietario) con materiales y equipamiento de alta calidad. Cocina completísima, terraza espectacular, tv grande y equipo de música, dan ganas de quedarse allí . Angel es una persona atentísima y que te asesora ybayuda en todo lo que necesites. Si volvemos a Tenerife, repetiríamos sin duda. La localización es muy buena para moverte por la isla y la playa esta a 2 minutos andando.
