Away from big tourist areas buy close to lovely beach

House is in a little town by the sea rather then a tourist town, something that we really liked. Parking close by isn't easy but there are a couple of parking lots over the river(bed) which are just a few minutes walk away.

Thanks for your review Tony, It's a shame you had trouble parking your car. Our guests had never mentioned this before. There's always space in front of the house, on the avenue, and also in the large free parking lot across the avenue from the house. I like to thank you for your message saying you had great time in San Andres , we really appreciate it. Wish you the best for the future , Marta.

Good roof terrace

Good property with excellent roof terrace. Facilities good but two rings on cooker don’t seem to work.

Good afternoon Paul, apologies for the rings not working, we did not know at all.! It must have been an electrical issue. Why did you not tell me ? I asked some times while your stay, if everything was ok and if your were enjoying and if you needed something. It is a pity that you did not tell me, if we knew before it would have been solved in the same day that you could have let me know ! It is so easy to buy a new cooker and replace it ! It is sad to have a low score for something that we did not know, we always do our best ! Regards from this beautiful island, Marta

Very nice house, very friendly landlady

The house is completely equipped, nothing is missing. Different supermarkets near the house make holidays easy. If you want to go to the beach it only takes a few minutes. The beach and the ocean are really dreamlike, prices are moderate. Another positive aspect: various buses for low price. The landlady is always ready to help in different situation.

Relaxing stay in townhouse

We had a very nice vacation at Casa Fragata. Contact with the owner was outstanding. Every question was answered within no time at all! The house is very cute, with good taste and provides all you might need for your holiday even if you want to cook for yourself. Walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants and Santa Cruz de Tenerife is only a few miles away. What we appreciated the most was that there were literally no other tourists. We lived next door to the local people of the village, enjoyed the slow pace of its inhabitants and its charm. So if you want an authentic stay with close contacts to the locals, this might be your address.

Perfect vacation

The accommodations were perfect! The description of the listing is very accurate and Marta was a wonderful host: very responsive and shared a lot of tips and best places to enjoy. I highly recommend it if you like peaceful and relaxing atmosphere- San Andres is the place! Casa Frigata is located 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach and only 15 minutes away from the large city of Santa Cruz by bus. The bus system on Tenerife is very extensive and reliable! You can get anywhere (buy the bus pass🙂). The bus stop is 3 minute walk from the house. There are a lot of restaurants right by the house and 3 grocery stores within 3 minute walks. Thank you, Marta, again for my home away from home.
