The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood, near children playground. It is not far from the city center, supermarkets, shops, best restaurants and bars, only about 500 meters.

Viel zu kleines Bett. Keine Klimaanlage, kein Ventilator. Fenster teilweise nicht funktionstüchtig. Eingangstür klemmt. Keine Dusche, Badewanne mit einem Duschvorhang. Keine internationalen Fernsehprogramme. Wenig Geschirr, kein Geschirrspüler. Kein Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon. Fluglärm, auch in der Nacht. Schade, das Apartment hat Potential. Es besteht Investitionsstau.
