The sea front appartment delivers excellent sea views of Medano Cabezo Bay. The beach is accross the street (at about 60m). The appartment is new and modern and has one bedroom, bathroom , good size deck with excellent sea views and a luxury chef kitchen . The apartment is ideal for cooking lovers but also for having a good rest after a day at the beach or on a surf board.
The condominio is very quiet and has beautiful swimming pool, a paddle court and easy access to kiteboarding, surfing and windsurfing spots. The views on the cabezo windsurfing world championship spot are stunning.
The apartment has a free high speed internet (with Wifi) conection (600Mb/s) and satelite TV (german channels etc..). A covered parking is available.

Fantastic one-bedroom apartment!

Christian’s apartment was lovely. You can see the beach which is just across the road and it is only a short walk along the beach or via the road to town. There are restaurants very close and also a good variety of great places to eat in town. Christian is happy to make suggestions of where to eat. The living room is spacious and there is a balcony with table and chairs. The large bed is very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped with high quality appliances - you could easily cook full meals in the modern kitchen. There is also underground parking. This flat is everything we could have asked for Christian met us on arrival and is most helpful. We hope to return!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage am ruhigen Stadtrand – weit weg vom Lärm des Zentrums, aber dennoch gut erreichbar. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Außenanlagen werden regelmäßig gewartet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der stets saubere Pool, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Ein großes Plus: Auf dem Gelände gibt es einen kostenlosen Padelplatz, den die Gäste jederzeit nutzen können. In der Wohnung selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt – perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub.Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schön, aber leider etwas abseits. Meine Schwiegermutter ist doch schon etwas älter 88 Jahre! Da war es etwas weit ins Centrum. Aber sonst alles top👍LG M .F

El medano mit blick auf's Meer

Ich war schon zum 2ten mal in diesem Appartement.es ist modern eingerichtet und sauber , perfekt ausgestattet,alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Vermieter Christian ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die anlage ist gross aber trotzdem sehr schön.alle Appartments mit blick auf's Meer Liegt am beliebten "El Medano" surf strand. Ich werde es bestimmt wieder buchen

Ein Quartier zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr ansprechende, ruhige Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick aufs Meer, windgeschütztem Balkon und gepflegtem Pool. El Medano hat allerdings viel Wind, ist für Surfer etc. sehr geeignet. Und- wie auch schon in anderen Bewertungen, man darf sich vom Flugverkehr nicht stören lassen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Ich habe mich in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist luxuriös. Es gab zum Empfang Obst und kühle Getränke. Christian war immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich werde bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.

Klasse Wohnung in einem schönen Ort

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und entspricht genau den Fotos. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage sind hervorragend. Zwar gibt es, bedingt durch die Nähe zum Flughafen, entsprechende Geräuschkulisse. Uns hat es allerdings nicht sehr gestört und wir wussten das auch vorher. Wir werden sicher einmal wiederkommen.

Modern appartement

Netjes , geen zon in de ochtend en namiddag wel in de middag dan echt warm. Rustige plek, met zwembad en loopruimte op het complex. Geen restaurantjes bij terrein wel volop in Medano 15 min. Lopen langs de zee , prima te doen. Alles prima verzorgd in het appartement en vriendelijke verhuurder.

Das Appartement entspricht genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Die Küche und Küchenausstattung ist schon besonders hervorzuheben, es fehlt wirklich nichts. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Bedenken muss man jedoch, dass der Flughafen recht nah ist und dementsprechend Fluglärm vorhanden ist.
