LARGE FAMILY RETREAT WITH POOL!

This unique family retreat offers plenty of space for multiple families. Featuring 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 fully equipped kitchens, 3 living areas, and a private pool area this triplex is the perfect getaway for large groups. Located less than a block away from the sandy beaches of South Padre Island and also within walking distance of the entertainment district you will never be far away from a good time. There is a limited inventory of properties that offer such a large accommodation so don't wait until it's too late and make your booking now!

Every stay at 116 E. Campeche includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

Security Cameras Disclosure: Please note that this property has exterior security cameras installed. There is a camera on the second floor, overlooking the driveway. There is a camera in the garage area overlooking the garage/patio. There is a camera on the right of the house overlooking walkway to the pool area. Loved it!

We had 3 families staying. Very spacious, it has all the kitchen utilities needed to cook. We all loved it. The kids loved the swimming pool, which had pool toys for them. It has a grill which we were able to cook out. Would definitely recommend!

Large Family Rental

House was clean and a perfect fit for my group. The only thing that I wish was there was like a book welcoming us to the house, like I have had in previous rentals). This may have helped us locate where the washing machine and dryer were located. I also wish the pool hours were even an hour later instead of 10pm. Great location to the beach!!

Summer family trip

Over all, great property. Property has lots of rooms for a multi family trip. Place was clean upon arrival. Lots of kitchen supplies available. I had one problem that really bothered us, the pool was always too warm. Maintenance came out but said they could not do anything... Pool did not feel great and according to them the heat setting was off. The beds may need a little upgrade but it was fine we only slept on beds at bedtime.

Together but separate

There was plenty room for reunion . Carpet needs removing ( gross). Would be better if there was a pass threw door on top units (like in hotels). It felt to separated. Not enough indoor space for everyone to gather. No dishwasher so be prepared to hand wash everything. Needs more shade around pool.

We want to thank you for acting quickly to our emergency needs at the time of our visit. We made the best of it which the house was not as pictured. Before renting I asked agent to be able to see property before bringing in my family to see if everything was okay and I got a response we don't have coverage for anyone to go. Anyways the house on bottom smelled HORRIBLE not even safe for kids to enter. Smelled like they had sprayed for bugs couldn't even have anyone stay in that unit. Roaches everywhere it was disgusting. Top rooms AC was out was super hot in it. Not to mention the pool.. looked like it hadn't been serviced in some time. Coming from a pool owner it was just gross. Had to take my family out to beach park to actually enjoy some water time. Never again with this home worst experience ever!!! Other than the home customer experience was excellent.

It was beautiful but no privacy for us!

The house was amazing and the beach was super close. Our main problem was there was an AC issue in one of the units and it wouldn’t cool off. The problem ended up being so bad that they came out every single day that we were there. So the people in unit 2 were not happy about that,not to mention they worked the most in the master suit which belong to a couple that had just gotten engaged. They were upset that the man pulled all their stuff out of the closet and was continuously in there off and on. Also upon arrival they didn’t have anything ready I had to sit there for a long time waiting for them to sort out the keys like I didn’t pre rent this place month in advance and had already been on the road for hours. With multiple employees(that I could see) I felt they could have that kind of thing ready for you knowing that that property is being rented that day. Last and not a big issue but still a hiccup for a few of my guests When we got to the unit the garage key didn’t work so no one could wash clothes till the morning.

Good House

The triplex was nice since there was so many of us and we had what we needed. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the twin beds were like sleeping on bricks. Also had a water leak in one of the rooms downstairs and they came out and looked at it but just had my family move to a different room. Overall stay was okay.

Family Vacation.

The set up was perfect for the 17 family/friends who stayed. The teens were able to go to the beach when they wanted. We used the downstairs area as the main kitchen. The house was centrally located to everything and within walking distance.

Good multi family beach property

Family Oasis

If you are looking for space, privacy and still have a place to gather together this is the place. A pool area that can accommodate the whole family and its heated. The kids love it. The beach is at walking distance it was a great time for us.

Relaxing stay

Although a bit dated, this very clean triplex offered a relaxing stay at a perfect location. The first night there we realized a bed was rock hard. We called in the morning and they sent a really nice staff member over and he came back later with a much more comfortable mattress foam. The house was really limited with cooking pans, bowls etc, but we made do. The location was perfect. Walking distance to many things. Easy beach access just down the block. We felt safe the entire time, even late at night. The outdoor steps get extremely hot during the day, walking up barefoot after rinsing off the sand in the outdoor shower was difficult. We will love to stay here again. Grocery shopping at Walmart before getting on the island is recommended. Island groceries are very expensive.

Campeche Rental

This property had everything this group needed. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. This was a larger group and everyone was very pleased with their accommodations. The management team did a good job of keeping me informed during the days leading up to our trip. I would highly recommend this rental if your group needs plenty of sleeping space. Oh, and the fishing was very good!

Had a great time. Enjoyed property. Beds sucked. But everything else was good. Little outdated but not horrible. Needed mowed. Pool area could of been cleaner.

Nice House for my Big Family

The two upper units are nice. The bottom unit is run down. The beds were comfortable. The kitchenettes were very adequate. The back yard pool was nice.

Excellent Accomodations

This home was a great set up for our group. It's 3 condos under one roof which gives each family their own space but allows pool time and meals to be together if you wish. It's lovely and wonderful. The management company was also great. We could not find the washer/dryer at first and they sent someone right over to show me. Very close to the beach and everything we needed in the kitchens. Thank you for providing a wonderful time away!
