Affordable Luxury.
You're ON the Beach! Don't be fooled by listings that claim to be "Beach Houses" that are not sitting ON the Beach! Large enough for two families of 5-6 each, this home has become the most popular Vacation Rental on SPI.
Don't settle for something less. The only things between you and the incredible beach is the Private Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ and Patio. There is simply nothing closer to the waves than The Sandpiper House!
Four bedrooms. A King with it's own full bathroom. A Queen that shares it's full bathroom with a Bunk room with four heavy duty Bunk-beds. A Master that will blow you away. Floor to ceiling views of the Gulf, Private Balcony, Huge Closets, Huge Shower and Jetted Tub. The Sandpiper House has built an impeccable reputation of delivering more than expected. You will want for nothing. Bring your groceries and an appetite for adventure.
The home is kept in impeccable condition. Every linen is laundered between every guest. If you want one of the best locations on SPI, and a home in immaculate condition with all of the extras, this is it. Don't buy or bring paper products, dish soap, dishwasher soap, a sponge, disinfectant, dryer sheets, laundry soap, bleach, or even your first day's worth of coffee. Don't load up the car with a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards or beach towels, everything is at The Sandpiper House waiting for you! We even have a Sandpiper House Treasure Chest with a few surprise goodies waiting for you! You'll have to book to see what's inside the Treasure Chest. If there is anything wrong that comes up during your stay, we'll do our best to make it right. HOME OCCUPANCY IS LIMITED TO 12. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO ADULTS ON TOP BUNKS. We play by the rules, SPI Permit number 2023 0181.

Host is extremely friendly, thoughtful, and efficient. Shared many tips on fun spots on the island, great food joints, and places to shop. Townhome is beautifully decorated with a great kitchen and dining area, comfortable living room, great patio, pool and hot tub, comfortable beds, and most of all, a breathtaking taking view of the ocean from both levels with private beach access. We will most definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Access to the beach was perfect. We were able to walk on the beach early mornings and evenings. The beach view was beautiful. We had a great view from the deck as well as the upstairs balcony. Our host,Billy, was very easy to work with. Will definitely keep this condo at the top of our list for the next trip down south.

We know there a plenty of places to stay, but very few will deliver the same thoughtful experience that The Sandpiper House will.

Why they chose this property

1. Location. SO many others talk about proximity to and views of the beach. Our home is priced so that families can afford the luxury of being ON the beach. No starting your days with looking for parking, packing everything up and lugging it to the beach. Walk out the sliding doors from the living room and you're there.
2. Cleanliness. We launder everything in between guests down to the mattress covers. We take it to a new level. We have the highest paid , longest tenured cleaning crew on the island because that is extremely important to us. It's kept immaculate,and if there's ever a problem we will make it right.
3. The Home has everything you'll need. Not cluttered, but appointed with everything we could think of to keep you from wasting your vacation time making runs to the store. High tech Home theater TV in living Room, to the Chef's Kitchen, to having all the Beach gear you could shake a stick at, we've tried to provide you with everything you'll need to have a time you'll never forget. Top tier bedding, linens, and anything you'd need to have a great time at the beach.
