Logement totalement conforme à la description, confortable et très bien équipé (four, four micro-onde, grille pain, machineS à café, casseroles et poêles, sèche cheveux, machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle, ...) et climatisé.Il est situé à 10mn à pied (vitesse de marche "sandales", pas "baskets"), des restaurants, des commerces et de la plage, avec possibilité de rentrer la voiture sur le terrain (clos, arboré, engazonné et disposant d'un arrosage automatique ... qui vous rafraîchit à minuit pile... si vous aimez "trainer" un peu le soir ;-)) ) et une douche extérieure bien pratique pour se rincer et se rafraîchir en rentrant de la plage ou de visites.La rue est calme, relativement peu passante et il n'y a quasiment pas de vis à vis avec le voisinage, excepté la rue (au niveau des accès) malgré la présence d'arbres et d'une clôture haie.Diverses animations animent la piazza COLOMBO durant la semaine (soirées dansantes, Mexicaine, artisans locaux et petit marché).Pour les plongeurs, Villasimius est à 30mn de voiture, on y trouve, outre les centres de plongée, des supermarchés, un marché et nombre de boutiques diverses et variées. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec la climatisation, très bien gérés par Karin, que je remercie encore de son intervention constante et efficace (la climatisation a été totalement remplacée 5 jours après notre arrivée) et un ventilateur, permettant de mieux diffuser l'air frais dans la grande chambre a même été ajouté.Je recommande.

Nous sommes très heureux de savoir que vous avez été satisfait de notre service et que vous avez passé un agréable séjour. Même si nous avons dû un peu « batailler » avec les artisans pour faire remplacer la climatisation, qui fonctionnait encore mais ne pouvait malheureusement plus être réglée, nous espérons avoir pu vous accompagner au mieux. La deuxième semaine d’août en Italie est sans doute l’une des semaines les plus compliquées de l’année pour obtenir rapidement l’intervention d’un artisan ! Nous avons d’ailleurs joué de malchance avec plusieurs rendez-vous qui n’ont finalement pas été honorés. En temps normal, nous avons heureusement la possibilité de réagir beaucoup plus rapidement lorsqu’un problème se présente. Encore merci pour votre confiance et pour ce retour très complet. Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir à nouveau un jour !

Karin est une hôte remarquable. Le logement est propre et bien situé à proximité de la plage et des services. Malheureusement, nous avons eu des soucis avec les matelas inconfortables, la bande de 6 chats antipathiques qui logeaient dans la gouttière et qui ont urinés sur les coussins, l’herbe du jardin qui était si haute qu’elle était remplie d’abeilles et de bourdons (impossible d’y marcher nu pied).

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und würden für diese Reise wieder das Ferienhaus buchen.Es ist wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung abgebildet.Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter funktionierte super und bei fragen oder anderen Kleinigkeiten wurde schnell reagiert.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus mit eingezäuntem Garten, Außendusche und Grillbereich. Schöne schattige Terrasse. Ruhige Wohngegend. Schöner Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 min zu erreichen. Ebenso Einkaufsmarkt, Metzger, Restaurants und Bars usw.
