This beautiful family home, named "Julia's by the Sea", is located at the fabulous "Martinique on the Gulf" resort. Our home is nestled in a quiet corner of a cul-de-sac, up against the Bon Secour Federal wildlife preserve. This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home features two master bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own full bathroom. Two bedrooms on the second floor share a full bathroom -- one bedroom has two new twin beds and the other bedroom has two bunk beds with one trundle bed. The third story is a crow's nest with a new day bed & trundle with two new mattresses, so there is plenty of room to spread out and privacy for all. The "crow's nest" is a great playroom for kids with views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as miles of Bon Secour wildlife preserve. New carpet installed to all of upstairs in 2022. New Saltillo floor tile installed to the 2 downstairs bedrooms in 2022. Has a Weber gas grill and new kitchen with new cabinets, new quartz countertops, new backsplash, new refrigerator, new gas range, new microwave, and new dishwasher. Has a Pennsylvania blue stone back patio overlooking the wildlife preserve with picnic table & wrought iron table and chairs, so all can picnic out back.

Enjoy sitting on the screened porch and watching for wildlife or catching a breeze!

Rent includes 8 bikes of various sizes & a golf cart for easy access to the Martinique resort private beach, fitness center, tennis courts, 2 outdoor swimming pools,1 indoor pools, and 2 jacuzzis.

Martinique has its own private beach and we also get to enjoy the three miles of private beach of the nature preserve as well. Martinique is a small gated community and golf cart is the preferred mode of transportation (every unit comes with a golf cart), so it is very safe to walk or ride bikes to the beach. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away never leaving the privacy or security of the resort.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time on our stay. The house was a good size for our party of 11. The owner made the entire process super easy and was a pleasure to work with. The beach wasn’t super crowded, we were able to arrive whenever and find a good spot, not 3 deep like other beaches we’ve been to. Overall we’d absolutely rent here again.

Great stay!

We had a great time staying at this house. The house feels much bigger than it looks in the pictures and has all the amenities for a great stay. The beach was only about a nice 5 minute walk or even shorter golf cart ride. The neighborhood was also very nice. The owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

Hidden Gem

Julia's By The Sea is a hidden gem and so is the Martinique community! The host was incredible in terms of communication and helpfulness along the way. Getting to and from the beach via golf cart was short convenient and easy, plus you could take a beach break at the two pools! The house was clean and comfortable. This little treasure is a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of Orange Beach and Golf Shores but an easy drive to get anywhere you needed. Would highly recommend to anyone with older family members or younger kiddos! 10 out of 10!
