In a family house, in a quiet part of Njivice, a village on the island of Krk, there are two apartments on the second floor of the house. Smaller Apartment Marinela 1 offers a wonderful view of the sea. It consists of one comfortable bedroom, a kitchen with a living room (where there is a sofa bed), a bathroom, and a balcony, and can host two to three people. This apartment offers comfort and convenience with satellite TV, free WiFi, and air conditioning. Parking is available in front of the house, making your stay even more pleasant. Distances of 350 m to the beach and 500 m to the center make the location extremely convenient for exploring the surroundings. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

A cosy flat with a spacious balcony with stunning sea views. From this balcony you can watch the synrise and sunset. There is a convenient parking. Friendly hosts.

Kleine Ferienwohnung in einem sehr gepflegten Haus mit tollem Garten

Die Wohnung war super sauber und der Empfang durch die Vermieterin sehr herzlich. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen wunderschönen blühenden Garten. Zur Erleichterung der Gäste gab es auf der Etage kleinere Behälter für den Bio- und Restmüll, so dass man alles schnell entsorgen konnte. Der Balkon ist in südöstlicher Richtung, so dass die heftige Sonneneinstrahlung am Nachmittag ausbleibt, man kann angenehm draußen sitzen mit toller Sicht sowohl aufs Meer als auch über die Berge. Die Wohnung ist relativ klein, so dass man das Gepäck am besten in den Schrank verteilt und die Koffer aufräumt. Es gab genügend Geschirrtücher und Spülmittel und auch an Geschirr alles ausreichend. Kühlschrank, Herdplatten(zwei), Kaffeefiltermaschine und Wasserkocher haben funktioniert. Zum Abschied bekamen wir sogar ein Geschenk, herzlichen Dank!
