Sunset in Paradise is your private paradise with gorgeous ocean views straight from a postcard. Relax on the lanai listening to the crashing waves with a cocktail while you enjoy another sunset, or sip your morning coffee while you watch the cruise ship come in. Inside you can enjoy the updated kitchen to prepare your own gourmet meals, relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the large 4K TV.

In the evening you can enjoy the nightly conch ceremony at sunset from your lanai with the best seat in the house, or head down and grill up some fresh catch at the poolside BBQ.

At the end of the day drift off to sleep on the California King memory foam mattress in the air conditioned bedroom dreaming of what you will do tomorrow in paradise.

High speed WiFi (500 Mbps), 50 inch 4K TV with 100s of channels and access to all major streaming services (most included, others bring your own subscription), Blu-ray player, and Air Conditioning throughout. California King bed to fall asleep on after another day exploring paradise in the air conditioned bedroom. Pull out queen bed in living room sofa.

We try to include everything you will need to enjoy your vacation. Beach towels, umbrella and beach mat, cooler, snorkel gear, even boogie boards. The only thing you need to bring is your swimsuit and sunscreen.

Right outside the condo is the oceanfront pool and spa, as well as the BBQ area (so close the WiFi works great from there!). If you venture out, you are just steps away from everything. Enjoy the sandy beach right next door to the condo and watch turtles relax when it's calm, or locals surf when the waves are up. Take a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to enjoy pupus at Don the Beachcomber or delicious meals at Huggos. A few minutes further walk and you can visit the many shops of Kailua, grab a local coffee or acai bowl, or shop at the local market for fresh fruits, flowers, crafts, or just about anything else you can imagine!

Common grounds are tropical and well maintained with cameras and nightly security patrols for your safety and wellbeing (no cameras are inside the unit for your privacy).

Condo is well equipped with everything you need, from cooking to playing at the beach (see amenities for details). The only hard part of your vacation will be leaving.

Note: Hawaii is currently considering a bill to raise the Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) from 10.25% to 11% starting in 2026. For bookings after 01/01/2026 tax rates will be adjusted to reflect the change if passed.
