Our first time at Sea Colony was wonderful thanks to staying in this unit. The location is exactly what we were looking for, anywhere from Rehoboth to the Ocean City boardwalk within around 35 minutes. The oceanfront balcony is a huge highlight - we spotted dolphins from the balcony every day. The balcony table and chairs are thoughtfully positioned at the perfect height to enjoy the view unobstructed. The oceanside pools were clean, lifeguarded, and never crowded while we were there. The beach access is just steps from the building and very easily accessible (no steep dune walkovers). We also visited the Sea Colony West pools and facilities. The unit is laid out well and pleasantly decorated. The den with sliding doors provided much appreciated additional sleeping space and was stocked with some games as well. The assigned parking spot is directly in front of the elevator lobby. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for inviting us into your beautiful home and we hope to visit again.

This is our second stay at this apartment - and it was better than we remembered. The apartment is clean, updated and we found it a great fit for our family of four (two young kids, 3 and 6). Our hostess was great- very easy to reach and communicate with. And you just can't beat Sea Colony's location for beach access. Highly recommend!

We always enjoy our annual Bethany beach stay at Sea Colony, and especially so this year at Claudia's inviting, updated, kid friendly apartment. Everything was easy, from beginning to end. Perfect for our little ones, ages one and four. Excellent stay, excellent host.

Great unit! Beautiful view

We had a wonderful stay, the unit was as described and had great finishes in both bathrooms and the kitchen. Plenty of room for a family of 4. The gorgeous view from the Master bedroom was the icing on the cake!
