We had a wonderful stay! The rental was tastefully furnished while still feeling warm, comfortable, and inviting. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with a full complement of cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware—everything we needed to feel right at home. Linens were also thoughtfully provided.The location truly could not have been better—just a few steps to the pool and only a few more to the beach! It was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

We had such a great stay!! The condo was exactly like the pictures. We got to wake up to the waves and go to sleep to them. Everything was clean. Message from the host before arrival was detailed and helpful. I’ll definitely come back!

The condo was exactly as described and pictured! Loved the ocean view right from the condo and being able to walk right out onto the beach. We’ve stayed at several Sea Colony units and Keith/Amy’s is one of the cleanest and most comfortable. We’d definitely recommend and rent again. Thank you!

Beautiful condo with direct access to the beach. Our kids loved the swing sets on the beach. if your child uses swimmers or floating device you must swim with them in the pools. The life guards are very strict. Great spot and definitely recommend! Owners were very responsive.

Overall our stay was good, it mostly met our expectations. The location to the pool/beach is great.The only thing that kept me from giving it an excellent rating involved the following:1. We had issues at times locking or unlocking the front door.2. The coffee machine was hit or miss, one day it would work, the next it wouldn't.3. The fan in the master bedroom wasn't operating.Although we experienced these minor issues, it wouldn't prohibit us from utilizing this property again.
