It has a double bed and an additional sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, TV with pay channels, air conditioning and individual heating. It is located in the center of Madrid next to the metro of Avenida América, Cartagena and Prosperidad.

The neighborhood is very well located near shopping areas, cinemas, theaters, and nightlife area of Madrid. In addition, all tourist sites in Madrid such as Barrio Salamanca, Golden Mile or Santiago Bernabeu.
20 minutes from Barrio de Chueca, Paseo del Prado, Malasaña or Tribunal.
