The pool opens for the winter season (water temperature below 15°) usually around mid-November,

- This is a 40-square-meter two-bedroom apartment (T2), suitable for a maximum of 4–5 adults (plus possibly one cot), located on the ground floor of my villa in a quiet residential area, 300 m from the beach.
You can enjoy an 8 m x 4 m x 6 m pool (L-shaped, with a small children’s pool—see photos) that you’ll share exclusively with us, the owners, and our family (see the terms of the rental agreement)
