Nice T3 in Saint Cyprien-plage 66750, Seafront (Central Beach), Magnificent sea view, facing EAST, (4 people) on the ground floor, between beach direct access and place all shops, market 2 times a week in the street of the residence, the port of St Cyprien is 600 metres away by pedestrian and cycle path along the beach.

The accommodation
Nice T3 in Saint Cyprien-plage 66750, Seafront (central beach), sea view, facing East, (4 people) on the ground floor without lift, between the beach direct access and place all shops, market 2 times a week in the street of the residence, the port of St Cyprien is 600 metres away by pedestrian and cycle path along the beach.
Free and secure parking for the car. (limited in summer)
Apartment completely renovated to the taste of the day.
Possibility to leave bicycles outside within the residence (closed by code).

At the level of the accommodation, it is very bright with large bay windows in the living room and the first bedroom (closed by electric shutter). Upon entering you have a separate kitchen with washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, standard coffee maker, Tassimo, etc... You have the bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet as well as all the necessary maintenance.
Then comes the large living room with sofa, sideboard, table and chairs, flat screen TV and large bay window giving access to the balcony which has a table and two chairs.
A first separate bedroom with a double bed 160x200 and a wardrobe with sea view and a second bedroom with a double bed 160x200 and chest of drawers

Bed linen and towels are not provided. There are blankets, pillows.

Super endroit avec accès et vue sur la mer du balcon. Tout les petits commerces, bars et restaurants à proximité même hors saison. Endroit adapté pour les chiens. Idéale pour les vélos. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine, et nous reviendrons !

Très bon séjour et appartement avec une vue magnifique !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la propreté générale était bonne sauf qques assiettes. Les procédures d’arrivée/depart très bonne et la communication avec le gérant très bon. L’appartement est très agréable, sauf le jour non travaillé oú il y a beaucoup de passage sur le remblais (un brise vue serait le bienvenu sur la barrière du balcon…). L’emplacement est très bien également et les équipement ds l’appartement très corrects. La literie est de qualité (oreillers à revoir en revanche, tout comme les couettes [voyage en hiver] qui ne sont pas à la bonne taille pour des lots en 160). Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Super Wohnung

Tolle Lage mit Meerblick, sauber und was für uns wichtig war, sehr bequeme Betten. In der Küche alles vorhanden was man so braucht , gute Pfannen und Töpfe. Gemüsehändler und Bäcker in direkter Nähe, Markt fängt gleich vor der Haustür an .

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue sur la mer magnifique. Juste la procédure d’arrivée et de sortie un peu légère, mais bon au final tout s’est bien passé (pas de mauvaise surprise à part le congélateur qui ne fonctionne pas)
