Centerville location is central to all points of Cape Cod and minutes from Craigville, Hyannisport, Osterville, Barnstable , Cotuit, and Hyannis.

Beach with cabana, beach towels, and chairs on Nantucket Sound await you!

Our air conditioned home has a fully equipped eat in kitchen, a full size washer and dryer, a spacious living area, cable and streaming TV, WiFi, 2 1/2 baths, a sun room with a queen sofa, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, beach chairs and towels, as well as crisp linens, and plush towels. Please inquire if you'd like to rent kayaks and / or bikes.

Begin and end your days on the wrap around deck viewing spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Relax, play, sunbathe, swim at your own beach, bike on the Cape Cod trails and the Cape Cod Canal, and/ or explore Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard; only 2 Miles to the Fast Speed Hy Line and Steamship ferries!

Anytime is a perfect time to visit 65 Magnolia Avenue so you can explore the many beaches, bogs, and marshlands on the Cape. Spring is a special season when lots of flora and fauna return. We have great cycling routes all over the Cape! Or come enjoy the Cape during our beautiful autumn season with warm sunny days, cool evenings, and less crowds. Enjoy whale watching, a round of golf, antiquing on Old Kings Highway, or beach combing.

Strip and leave linens for the beds that were used on top of the bed. Leave all towels used on the floor of the bathroom they came from. Leave used beach towels on the floor next to the washer.
Take trash and recycling to proper receptacles located in the stockade fence area.
Load and run the dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
