This home is absolutely fabulous! We came with our three teenagers and just loved every part of it. The owner was wonderful and literally thought of every single need we might have. His suggestions were amazing and we loved having movie nights every night in the spacious living room and we were so close to the ferry that it made it so easy to go visit Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. If you are looking for the perfect cape home to stay at and explore the area, this is it!! The beach access is also super close and even in October we enjoyed walking down and exploring! If we ever make it back to the Cape, we will definitely stay again!

A fabulous family vacation! The property exceeded our expectations in every way - so well equipped, immaculately clean and in a perfect location. We especially loved the outside dining area, the outdoor shower and the private beach access. Our party included teenagers and the games area was great as it gave them a separate area to chill out at the end of the day.

Wow, what a great property - I'd echo everything the other reviewers have already said - the house is clean & well appointed with comfortable beds & furniture. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, full washer / dryer, even a coffee bar! The house easily fit 4 adults and 2 teenagers, even on a rainy summer week! Jim was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again!

Jim and Alexia have done an excellent job curating the best vacation rental I’ve ever been to! Everything is just the best —-great beds and bedding-nice and plentiful linens and towels-a fully stocked kitchen-a beautiful outdoor space with a very nice grill and a large dining table with umbrella, surrounded by amazing landscaping.-a very short walk to a private neighborhood beach -super clean and organized -communication with Jim and Alexia started with the day we rented and continued through the end of our stay, keeping us apprised of everything necessary We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Amazing Family Vacation

This is a wonderful rental that is perfect for a family vacation- the owners have taken great care to make the house ready to go for a fun trip, and the location can’t be beat with 2m walk to the private beach and less than 5m drive to restaurants and attractions.

A wonderful stay in Jim and Alexia’s home. Everything you could need is stocked and ready for guests. The beach is just steps away and beautiful. The brand new grill was great for a steak dinner and the record albums made for a peaceful nightcap. We will absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing week in Hyannis! The house had more than everything we needed for a family of 5, including baby gear. Everything was well kept, clean, and plenty of space to unwind and relax. Perfectly situated with a 2 minute walk to a beautiful and private beach, we would recommend to anyone!
