Vacationing, done right!

If you are looking for a true 5-star home away from home, look no further than the Cranderson Estate. This property has it all, no detail has been missed. From the perfectly chosen high-end décor to the perfect location nestled away from noise yet only a few blocks from anything you need, you will not be disappointed. Once you arrive, you will find every reason possible not to have to leave. Whether you find yourself relaxing inside listening to your favorite music or eating dinner alfresco you will realize this is the way vacationing should always be. So, reward yourself and indulge in everything this property has to offer! I know I will be back soon!

Fabulous!! Beautiful!! 5 Stars!!!

The owner meet us upon arriving he is gracious friendly and welcoming. Has great taste in music too! The home is fabulous,extremely clean and has an unbelievably cool vibe!! Being right on the water takes you away from the every day monotony .. with people pladdle boading by..boats and small yachts drifting with friendly people waving hello.. and the sightings of manatees makes this property pretty darn amazing! We would recommend this to anyone who truly needs some relaxation a cool vibe and a place to just chill out.. this is it!! No need to travel anywhere this house has it all.

Marc and his family were absolutely the perfect guests. Genuinely nice people, who were great to communicate with, respected the house rules, and took care of our home as if it was their own. I had zero worries from the moment they arrived to the moment they left the property. An amazing home in a perfect location.....

An amazing home in a perfect location….what more could you ask for? This home offers all the luxury of the large beach hotels without having to share the pool with strangers and screaming babies. Anderson and Craig have covered all the bases with anything you may want or need for a stay in their place. They even have kayaks and paddleboards if you feel like a bit of exercise and sightseeing of the Ft Lauderdale canals. The location of the home in a bend of the river allows you a great perch to watch the boats go by while relaxing on the patio or pool (which receives full sun until late in the afternoon). The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you will need for cooking along with a grill on the patio. The beds were as comfortable as mine at home and the bathrooms were much nicer than any hotel can claim. The home is located a short distance (1-2 miles) from Whole Foods, Target, Publix and multiple movie theatres. It's also 1.5 miles (a nice walk) from the bars and restaurants of the Wilton Manors area. You're also only a 12 minute drive to the central beach area around the big hotels where easy to find parking just off the main strip. If you're traveling in a small group or 2 couples, do yourself a favor and stay here…. I've already booked another extended stay.

Perfection!!

This house is nothing short of spectacular! Anderson and Craig were fantastic hosts who were so kind and generous. I was in constant communication with Anderson making arrangements and our hosts were so thoughtful to provide champagne and goodies upon our arrival. The house is a contemporary modern minimalistic masterpiece! Stunning beauty abound everywhere you looked! The design and layout are very Frank Lloyd Wright while the amenities are 5 star Ritz Carlton. I cannot begin to describe the master bathroom but outrageous would be a start. I have never seen a bigger waterfall shower in my life! The rooms were huge and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was high end complete with piano! Wow! So the pool and outside entertaiment area are to die for! The infinity pool is simply put a stunning work of art with the inter coastal as a background! Beautiful! The outdoor kitchen is so nice we used it everyday. Our hosts were so kind they even offered us a boat ride as well! Too much! I have stayed at many places and run an Airbnb of my own and these guys are incredible and their home is stunning! If you have the chance rent this modern masterpiece! I can’t say enough about our stay. Also, the house is close to everything and a short drive to most attractions. We are headed back in February and I can’t wait!!!

Anderson is originally from Brazil and moved to North Carolina in 1992 as an foreign exchange student. He obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics but decided to pursue his more creative side as a Creative Director. He did a short stint in LA and then moved to Miami to work for MTV and Nickelodeon. An opportunity arose to start his own Advertising and Marketing business in Fort Lauderdale.

Craig is originally from Indiana and graduated with an Accounting degree from Indiana University. He then moved to Chicago and worked as an Global IT Consultant for Arthur Anderson and IBM. He was then drawn to the sun and found his new home in Fort Lauderdale working in the Pharmaceutical industry. Craig currently works for Life Extension, a global authority on nutrition, health and wellness.

It took 3 exhausting years to make our dream home a reality. Our vision was to create a unique and functional piece of art that we could live in. The house has two master suites - one on each floor. The second floor Master suite has a hideaway tree house concept. The first floor VIP Master suite is just as stunning with it's own privacy. It took several years of searching the area to find the perfect spot to build the home and when we did, we instantly knew that this was the place. It is truly a unique and magical location on the Middle River with amazing wide water views. We especially enjoy saying hello to everyone enjoying the water because who's not happy when they're on the water? The full moon nights are stunning and the local paddle board rental just around the bend even offers guided moonlight paddle rides.

Both of us enjoy meeting and entertaining new people, are big foodies, wine lovers and love traveling to new places and exploring new cultures. Our typical weekdays involves working, staying physically fit and preparing healthy meals. Like most people we live for the weekends when we can socialize and thoroughly enjoy the South Florida lifestyle.
