Beautiful apartment with fantastic sea views from its large terrace and located just 50 m from the beach, very bright, in a quiet area of the center of Salou, located in a residential area and next to the sea, specifically in front of Los Capellanes Beach which is accessed from Brussels street. It borders both east and west with cliffs. It is a small beach located in the urban center, much appreciated by our visitors for its quality and tranquility.
Apartment of 75 m2, 2 bedrooms, one suite with sea views and another double, living room-dining room facing the sea, two bathrooms (bath and shower) and independent kitchen, fully equipped, with capacity for 5-6 people.
Large terrace with 6 chairs, table, sunbed and umbrella, where you can enjoy wonderful views of the Mediterranean coast, where you can spend pleasant summer evenings. It has heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation, wifi, swimming pool, community gardens, parking ...
Closed residence with guarded access through security cameras throughout the premises and concierge.

coastal get away

Happy to say the apartment was just as photos showed! Beautiful view of the ocean, close to beach & walking to stores, restaurants & attractions. Host was friendly & kindly provided us with food & drink in the unit. Highly recommended & would stay again if we're ever back in the area!

Best Apartment in Salou

The apartment is perfectly located between the shops/strip and the beach - only down one street. The apartment owner was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and comfortable. The best thing is the large balcony overlooking the sea, bay and mountains beyond. At night you can see the lights around the coast all the way down to Cambrils. Apartment perfect - can’t wait to come back.

Pleasant stay

Great communication from the owner and a warm welcome, with lots of provisions in the spotlessly clean apartment. Location is very close to the beach and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops very close. Apartment is at the quiet end of town, but still some noise from late night revellers and traffic. Nice pool, which was never busy. Apartment is well equipped, but a couple of points where it could be improved in our opinion. Easy one to rectify would be a kettle (probably more applicable to tea drinking Brits). Second, it needs more pillows on the bed. There was only one long pillow on the double Bed so needed to pinch cushions from sofa. Also, and appreciate a personal thing, we found the beds uncomfortable and the double is only standard size. Issues with hot water were resolved quickly, but suggest instructions on how to relight boiler need to be left, if pilot goes out. Salou is a far busier resort than we are use to, so not really one for us again, but enjoyed a nice few days on the beach and this was definitely one of the nicest apartments we saw.

L'appartement est situé dans une copropriété très agréable, terrasse vue mer, la plage juste en contrebas 2min à pieds, copro avec piscine. Agréable séjour

Appartement bien situé, agréable et confortable. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires, disponibles et bons contacts. Juste un petit bémol pour moi : l'appartement aurai eu besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement avant notre arrivée (coup d'aspirateur et nettoyage frigo entre autre). Sinon rien à redire.

A great place to stay

We really enjoyed our time at Les Ones, a nice clean and quite spacious apartment equipped with most things you'll need for a holiday (except for a toaster). The owners were very accommodating and made us feel welcome, despite us turning up a little early. The pool is great, really clean and not too busy and had it to ourselves on a few occasions. Location wise, its well away from the busy centre but still close enough to walk to shops, bars etc and is close to 3 nearby beaches all within 5-10 minutes walk. Thoroughly recommend and would stay here again if we ever return to Salou. Thanks Maria and family.

Beautiful sunsets!

This was a charming apartment. It had great views of the water from the balcony. Maria was very welcoming. The apartment was convenient for sightseeing the Barcelona area. Salou is a beautiful town. The walkway along the water was great. Great town to explore with a variety of restaurants and shops.

Très bonne location pour passer des vacances en bord de mer. La résidence est propre, moderne et très bien entretenue. Gardien sur place 24h/24. L'appartement est grand, lumineux, fonctionnel et convient parfaitement pour une famille avec des enfants. La plage est à quelques dizaines de mètres, la piscine est magnifique. Nous avons apprécié la proximité des restaurants et des commerces. L'accueil de Maria a été très chaleureux et nous lui remercions vivement pour ses petites attentions de bienvenue.

Un appartement idéal pour profiter des vacances ! Farniente !!! Un appartement idéalement situé et bien équipé pour 5 personnes ! Nous étions avec ma compagne et mes 3 ados, 15, 13 et 11 ans ! L’appartement est situé dans une belle résidence avec une superbe piscine, propre et bien entretenue. La plage est à 50m... et les rues les plus vivantes sont à 10min à pied... belle promenade de bord de mer à effectuer le soir ! Bref, c’est Top ! Merci à María pour sa gentillesse, son accueil et sa confiance. A signaler que c’est très rare, qu’un propriétaire vous prépare de quoi grignoter en arrivant dans la location ! Charcuterie, pain, vin, bière, fruits .... Un grand merci !!! Luis NETO

Position was perfect, but the apartment could have been cleaner and lots of essentials were missing.

We eventually got into the apartment. No wifi for the first few days, which we sorted out eventually, no scart lead to enable us to watch DVDs, so had to buy our own. There's no toaster and no bread/carving knife, so had to manage with a steak knife. The automatic garage door didn't work when we returned from a day out, so had to, eventually open it manually. However, we did enjoy Salou and surrounding areas. The only way I would recommend the property is by its location, it has a lovely sea view. I must add, in fairness, that this is not how we normally "holiday" as we usually use our camping car, this time we were away with friends and wanted a change !!

Très belles vacances de 2 semaines passées dans l'appartement de MARIA immeuble les ONES

C'est une location qui est faite pour passer de magnifiques vacances ce qui a été notre cas. La plage de Capellans à 50m, la vue incomparable de notre terrasse sur la baie de Salou. Les commerces à proximité et à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et sans oublier le beau soleil. Merci Maria de nous avoir fait passer un très beau moment et avons apprécier votre gentillesse. The property was ideal, had a lovely views over the sea.

The apartment was very clean, had everything you needed for the stay, Marie the owner was very helpful, met us at the apartment, even supplied us with a cot. The owners left us a welcome pack with the essentials in, ie water breads soft drinks etc really helped. You don't need a car as everything is in walking distance, train station which we used for a day trip to Barcelona, buses are just on the corner of the apartment, all the bars and restaurants are all in walking distance, but the apartment is just far enough for peace and quite, away from the crowds. would definitely go back and stay in the apartment again.
