I LOVE THE CONVENIENCE OF THIS CONDO TO ALL THE LAKE ACTIVITIES. OSAGE BEACH IS WHERE YOU WANT TO BE. 10% discount on weekly rental. Cook all your meals on the new Blackstone Grill while watching the lake activities. Stainless appliances, 4 Flat Screens (small bedroom set up for Netflix only). Master suite has KING Bed, 2nd bedroom has QUEEN and TWIN bed, 3rd bedroom also has a QUEEN. Master walks out to the deck. NEWER HVAC. The LEDGES is a highly desirable place to stay and family friendly. 5-10 minutes to anywhere you want to go. Red Head, Margaritaville, Shorty Pants, Dog Days, Back Water Jacks, Wobbly Boots, the new Oasis project being built and many other dining options within 10 min drive. Hospital 5 min away. Golf, waterpark, mini-golf, go-cart tracks. 10 min to the strip area. YMCA is close by and has pickleball courts, swimming, etc. Day passes available. Ledges offers a sandy beach for the kids with pool nearby plus a 2nd pool on the point. Very comfortable queen blowup mattress for 8th and 9th person. NO PETS. NO SMOKING INSIDE OR ON DECK PLEASE. Super comfortable beds and nice bedding. I've tried to think of everything for your comfort. Located on the 21.5 mile marker. (Attachments include a subdivision map.) No trailer parking. State Park PB 2 nearby for boat ramp and parking. 2 cars are permitted to park on first two parking levels with permit tag displayed in front window. Additional vehicles may park on 3rd level without a permit tag.

4th of July family trip

Weekend Get Away

Great location. Unfortunately we had some rainy days, but the boardgames provided kept us entertained while at the condo. The pools on site were perfect even with a few sprinkles.

Dustin was pleasant to work with prior to his arrival. The condo was left in good order. There was a small tear in the screened porch but didn't have time to speak with Dustin about it. If not careful, the chairs can swivel and rip them. I would love to have Dustin back again.

Condo is very nice. You can tell it has been updated. Location is a very short walk to the docks. It wa a great having the condo At walk in level. Saves alot of steps. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels etc. Would definitely recommend.

Girls weekend

We were very happy with our stay. It was a little noisy above us but we attribute that to kids staying in that condo. Wish we could have stayed longer. The host was very communicative and we weren’t afraid to give her a call. Would book this again!

Fun Girls Trip

Condo was perfect for our girls trip ranging in ages from 2-84. Room was exactly as the listing. Easy walking from the parking lot which was great for grandma. Wonderful Girls weekend

We had a great weekend at the Lake for our annual girls weekend, well except for the snow storm that some of us drove back in on Sunday. The condo was very nice and accommodated the 7 of us very comfortably. We have stayed at many condos over the years and this is one of our favorites. We will be back!!!

Fantastic

This was our second time at Cheryl's place. We love it. You want for nothing. The beds are great- we love the linens- the decor is is spot on. We used the blow up mattress this visit, and we are now purchasing one for our guests. In our minds, this is our twice a year vacation home! The place is great, cheryl is very attentive; I would recommend this home to anyone, great for family or a group of friends!

I added a fan in the 3rd bedroom as well as a Smart TV so the kiddos can now watch their Netflix shows while parents can enjoy being in the living room and outdoor area. Beautiful condo

We loved our stay at Cheryl’s place. Everything was clean and modern. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Check in was easy. It was not necessary to go to an office, just needed the passcode which was very convenient. For future guests, there is a coffee maker as well as a Keurig so you can bring your own K cups. The location is great! We went mini golfing one day and visited the Bridal caves along with the Ha Ha Tonka Park another. We look forward to staying again.

Ground floor entry

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable condo. The beds were comfortable. There was no boat slip as listed so we did have to pay extra for that. The kitchen was furnished with dishes, pots and pans. No condiments so bring those. We did have a dispute about the condition when we left. I left a skirt there and have not heard it was found.

The skirt was found by my housekeeper and it is being mailed to the renter. It is not my policy to leave condiments in the refrigerator. I feel most people do not want to use things left from others. However I do have a large assortment of spices for your use.

Perfect Lake Getaway

Nice Place for Family Vacation

We were very happy with this property, and we plan on returning to the same place next year for our family vacation in the Ozarks. The photos in Homeaway were accurate, and it has been nicely remodeled. The entry to the property was easy as it’s level with the parking spaces. Sometimes we had a hard time getting a space right in front of the condo, but it was a busy vacation week. Google Maps led us (and our visitors) accurately into the Ledges complex. We did have problems when we arrived with the keypad on the front door, but Cheryl was able to walk us through via cell phone. The kitchen was set up and furnished well for family meals, snacks, and such. We did have to get a couple nicer skillets/pans from Walmart, as the ones there weren’t in good shape. Living room was comfortable, TV worked well (with cable), and WiFi worked most of the time (needed a couple reboots over the week). Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for family of five with three young adult / teenage kids. Master bedroom is big, but the king size bed is very firm (too firm for us). The large screened-in deck was perfect, and we spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings there. No bugs. Electric grill worked surprisingly well. Rolled shades stopped the afternoon/evening sun, but still allowed the breeze to come thru. We used the boat slip for a couple of days with a rental pontoon and Waverunner from nearby Agua Toys (basically in the same cove). Plenty of ducks, turtles, and small fish around the dock and beach to keep you interested. We used the beach, but not the pools much. The recent bad weather had left a bunch of floating debris (sticks, wood) in the lake and at the beach, but this cleared up after a couple of days. We hope to stay here again.

Thank you Richard for the nice review. I will check out the pan situation and see if I can improve it. I recently added a large crock pot to the kitchen. There was nothing wrong with the keypad. The maintenance men went in to check something for me and locked the deadbolt on the door. They were not supposed to do this. I left strict instructions with the office after this happened to you. The key pad is the only lock necessary when entering or exiting the condo. Glad to have you back again.

We stayed at Cheryl’s condo with another family and it fit us all very comfortably. Everything was very clean. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. The boat slip could be seen from the screened in porch, which was a bonus for us. Location was great. Close to Dog days, shorty pants and Redhead. Cheryl was great at answering all of my questions in a timely manner. We highly recommend staying here.

I'm a real estate agent. I've been doing it for 49 years. I also rehab homes with my boyfriend and we take pride in our work. I purchased this home in 2016 and felt it needed a facelift. So in 2017, I rehabbed it from top to bottom including new furniture. I hope you enjoy staying here and will come back again. I have two sons and daughter-in-laws along with 4 grandchildren. They love to boat and swim and fish. My photo is shown at Shawnee Bluff Winery a few years ago with all my family.

Why they chose this property

I always thought of owning a home at the lake. I have two sons and their families and thought they would enjoy coming to the lake as well. With their busy schedules, we aren't able to use it as much as we'd like so I decided to rent it out. Coming to the lake with my friends and family members is so relaxing. There are so many things to do. Seven Springs Winery or Shawnee Bluff Winery are lovely places to listen to music and visit with your friends. Shawnee Bluff also has a pool for the kids. Making memories with the grandkids is something you will never forget. My grandchildren love going to Pirate's Cove Mini-Golf (5 min), go carts and Miner Mike's Video Arcade (10 min) on those rainy days. There are also Jolly Mon indoor water park at Margaritaville and Big Surf within a 7 min drive. There are many golf courses in the area and a YMCA close by as well. The local Main Street Music Hall is about 5 min away and Ozarks amphitheater with country singers. ENJOY!

What makes this property unique

I loved this place when I found it as the view is fabulous. I wanted a screened porch to keep the pests out and it was important to me to have NO steps. Plus bringing all your things from the car to the condo is literally 10 feet from the parking lot. All children love the beach and mine are no exception. There is also playground equipment and a nice pool. In addition, there's another pool on the point with main channel view. The association keeps the subdivision clean and in good repair .
