Lakeview condo, Quite vacation place, Lots of activities, Slip included!

The Knolls is one of the most luxurious condominium developments at Lake of the Ozarks. It is nested in a heavily-wood peninsula on the 22MM of the Lake. The view of the Main Channel or at the Cove Side is truly outstanding!
One of the first things you will notice is the oak and pine tree environment at the Knolls. It is quiet haven designed for year-round relaxation and enjoyment of everything The Lake has to offer.
The Main Clubhouse facilities includes indoor pool, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, vending area, game room, and provides a relaxing, informal gathering place for all residents and their guests. Connected to the Clubhouse is our magnificent outdoor pool area.
There is a swim dock, boat launching ramp, crappie beds, 2 outdoor tennis courts and 2 indoor tennis courts, horseshoe pits, fire pit, basketball court, children's playground and a fitness facility.

2 bedroom and 2 bath condo with a large living room.
The master bedroom has a King bed, second bedroom has two Twin beds. Both bedrooms have separate baths.
The living room has a sofa with queen size sleeper and a love seat and dinning table with 6 chairs.
There is a TV in a living room and master bedroom. Cable TV and free Wifi.
There are two balconies. One of them is with the bug net - with table and 6 chairs and a Weber gas grill.
Master bedroom has a balcony with two chairs.
Kitchen is fully equipped and you will find everything you need to cook.
All linens and bath towels are provided. You may just want to bring your pool towels. Condo has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Slip (10x24) is included in the price. Boat ramp and boat trailer parking is also available.

This unit is NO smoking unit - Smoking is not allowed.
Must be 25 years old to rent. No cryptomining allowed.
No bachelor / bachelorette parties allowed. Pets are not allowed. For the safety of the property and guests, Ring door bell is installed.

Lake of the Ozark's Condo

Great older community in Lake of the Ozark's. Nice view of the main channel from unit. Included slip, launch and trailer parking onsite.

Our family had a fantastic stay here! It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Perfect!

Staying here was an absolute delight! The location was perfect, close to all the attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location and place with family!!

We came in August 2023, this location was very easy to get to. Lots of family things to do with kids and adults. Indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained. Unit we stayed in was very clean and had a wonderful view of the lake! We will definitely be back!!

The condo was great, it was in a beautiful location, and the condo was very clean and really nice. It had a great screened in deck so you could sit out on. Had a lot of great amenities. And the owner was very good about providing us all the information.

Beautiful condo, great location, wonderful owner

Very clean. Everything you need is provided. Great location to the pool, club house and tennis courts. Relaxing views from the screened in deck. We had a couple questions and the owner answered immediately. Looking forward to our next stay!

Great experience! Booking was a breeze, and upon arrival, we were impressed by the lake views. The condo itself was very clean, well-appointed, and exceeded our expectations. Property was very nice centrally located close to the pool tennis courts. The host was very easy to get a hold of as we had some questions about the place there response time was pretty fast. There was laundry left in the dryer that was the only negative about are stay.

Great Stay!

Our stay was wonderful! It had a great view of the main channel. We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. It was spacious and comfortable for our family. The only reason I marked the Accuracy of the Online Listing with 4 stars is because the second bedroom was advertised with two twin beds and it actually had a twin bed and a full bed, which worked much better for our family, so it was a pleasant surprise.

Great stay, perfect for our needs!

Great location, plenty of activities/restaurants close by land or water. Unit was clean, organized with ground level entrance access. Included Covered slip and on property boat ramp was great. Boat ramp is a little tight, any beam over 8’6” or longer than 28’ might have trouble loading in. All in all, very nice in all aspects. Would book again.

Great condo, close to the pool! Comfortable beds, well appointed. Our only feedback was that the water smelled very badly of rotten eggs, and once we ran it, the whole condo smelled like it. Seems like it hadn't been ran in a while perhaps? Once we ran the water a bit, eventually the smell went away, and since the deck is screened in, we opened the door and turned the ceiling fan on and aired it out and all seemed very well after that! We had a wonderful weekend with old college friends and felt like we were in our 20's again. Thanks!

Clean and comfy

The condo is very clean and had almost every needed. I recommend more forks and someone taking a look at the dishwasher, don’t think it works now. We didn’t ask for it to be fixed, didn’t have time. We enjoyed our trip and would recommend this condo to any family.

Everything you need

We really enjoyed this condo for many reasons. The location is perfect. Beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and very close to all the action and restaurants in Osage. There are a handful of good golf courses within 15 minutes. For me, one of the best things about it was that the unit included a boat slip, free launch, and convenient trailer parking. These three things are almost never found within 100 yards of the condo but they are here!!! The unit was clean and well stocked and we enjoyed playing carss on the back porch which was screened in to keep the bugs out. Veey nice!
