The house sits on a fenced-in plot and has a large terrace of 40 m² and a covered terrace of 8 m². This is perfect for barbecue nights. There is a sheltering windbreak.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
