Ferienhaus mit viel Potential was jedoch nicht genutzt wird.

Die Lage ist super, ein schönes großes Naturgrundstück. Der Ort und die Straße sind sehr ruhig gut zum Entspannen. Der Fußweg zum Meer dauert ca. 10min. Der Strand hat viele Steine und Kiesel, wer da empfindlich ist sollte Badeschuhe mitnehmen. Das Haus selber müsste besser gepflegt werden, wir waren im Juli 2024 da. Und draußen liegt noch das Laub vom Herbst 2023. Auch lagen alte Luftmatratzen und Badeschuhe vom Vorbesitzer im Garten Rum. Die Sauberkeit im Haus könnte auch besser sein, gerade das Bad war sehr schmutzig und der Deckel der Toilette liegt auch daneben. Es gibt keinen richtigen Schrank wo man Sachen ablegen kann. Wir hatten drei Tage lang kein WLAN und der Wasserablauf vom Haus war defekt für drei Tage. Bis ein Firma diesen wieder frei machte. Zu dem regnet es im Wohnzimmer durch das Dach auf den Laminat. Das Haus im Aktuellen Zustand können wir nicht empfehlen. Gebt lieber mehr Geld aus.
