Great family holiday

The outlook of this property is amazing. Beautiful big pool overlooking the city and sea. It's high up in the hills so you do need a car but there are spaces for 2 cars. Well equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms. Air con would have been nice, just fans provided. The fixtures and fittings were a little tired but it didn't spoil it for us. The host was very accommodating and I would recommend a stay here, we had a wonderful stay.

We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad.Het huis is rustig gelegen in een doodlopende straat. Het uitzicht is prachtig en het zwembad is heerlijk en groot.Bij onze aankomst was het huis echter niet helemaal goed gepoetst. Vooral de keuken , de bbq en de badkamer waren vuil.Aan het zwembad is zeer weinig schaduw en er zijn slechts 2 bruikbare ligbedden.De foto’s van het terras met de ligbedden komen dus niet overeen met de realiteit.Verder zijn er slechts 5 bruikbare stoelen aan de terrastafel.De bedden zijn wel comfortabel en de communicatie met de eigenaar verliep zeer vlot.

Es tut mir leid, dass der erste Satz immer noch nicht ganz gepasst hat. Hier ist ein neuer Entwurf:Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Besonders der atemberaubende Panoramablick hat uns jeden Tag aufs Neue fasziniert. Jedoch würde ein großes Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse den Komfort bei sonnigem Wetter deutlich erhöhen, da es aktuell an ausreichend Schatten fehlt. Zudem müssen wir hervorheben, dass einige Bilder leider nicht mehr aktuell sind, da vor dem Haus mittlerweile ein neues Gebäude errichtet wurde.Positiv zu erwähnen ist außerdem, dass die Kommunikation mit dem Host sehr unkompliziert und angenehm war. Ein Manko war jedoch, dass eines der drei Schlafzimmer sehr klein ist und das darin befindliche Bett mit einer Breite von 1,40 Metern für zwei Erwachsene kaum ausreichend ist. Zudem war die Unterkunft bei unserer Ankunft leider ziemlich dreckig, insbesondere in der Küche und im Bad. Dennoch stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis alles in allem.

Der Gastgeber kam auch extra früher zum Check-in und macht den Check-Out zu einer besonderen Zeit möglich. Einfach ein schönes Anwesen

A succeded Holiday Trip in Lloret

A Nice House in the Top of the Mountain. Beautiful view to the Sea in the golden hours. We enjoy the pool with everyhing you need (BBQ, Pool lighting, lounge furniture) We definitive want to come back!

Maison en haut d'une montagne

Très belle vue , intérieur de la maison vieux et pas entretenue , extérieur pas entretenue . Je ne conseillerais pas cette maison.

Dans un souci d'amélioration pourriez-vous me dire plus en détail ce qui est vieux et pas entretenu dans la maison? Il reste effectivement à repasser un coup de peinture dans certaines pièces mais la quasi totalité du mobilier est neuve, l'électricité et la salle de bain ont été refaites et la maison complètement équipée. Quant à l'extérieur il y a encore à faire c'est vrai mais il y a maintenant une très grande terrasse en cours de finition autour de la piscine qui a 2 ans et un nouveau salon de jardin. Vos conseils pourraient m'être utiles.

Mooie vakantiewoning met prachtig uitzicht en zwembad

Twee weken in deze vakantiewoning verbleven. Op een prachtige plek boven op een heuvel met uitzicht op zee. Wel een auto nodig. Heel fijn zwembad. Contact met verhuurder en degene die ons ontving uiterst plezierig. Een aanrader als je wilt genieten van de stilte, maar toch dichtbij vertier wilt zijn (leuke badplaatsen, Barcelona, Gerona, natuurparken).
