About this property

Vacation chalet with a swimming pool, dogs are allowed

The Tapsy holiday home with ocean views is located in the Santa Maria de Llorell complex, 3 km from Tossa de Mar. There is a private beach and a private security service that patrols the grounds both day and night. Chalet Can Tapsy is approximately 118 square metres and is ideal for 2–6 people. The pool measures 3.5 x 7 m. The Chalet Can Tapsy is built in the Provençal style. Thanks to its wonderful south-facing orientation, the house is ideal in winter (natural gas central heating and a fireplace) and enjoys sunlight all day long, which is very important during the winter. The villa’s private sandy beach is about 1,400 m away. At the entrance to Sta. Maria, there is a supermarket that sells fresh bread. Several large terraces make sunbathing
a pleasure. The lot is approximately 500 m² and features a lawn and Mediterranean plants.
Enjoy the sunset on the property. Park your car in front of the house on the street.

Sta. Maria has a gate at the entrance, so only the owner or tenants have access to the Villa complex.
This way, the beach is also exclusively yours.

Tolles Haus
