Watch Surfers, Dolphins, & Whales from the huge deck. Feel free to use the surfboards, boogie boards, Kayak, & beach cruiser bikes. Walk 1 block to Poseidon and Jakes Restaurants and just up the street to the village. This is the house for your dream vacation.

This property provides an amazing blend of beach access and private courtyard. It exposes you the the excitement of a beach town with plenty of private quite space with lots of parking. It doesn't get any better.
What makes this property unique
You are right on the beautiful and famous beach, village, County Fair, Horse race track while having an extremely private patio/yard with a jacuzzi and sauna allows you to be right in the mix or in seclusion, with the ability to transition to and from with a simple threshold of a gate.
