Beautiful, comfortable single-family house "Ty Manolo". 3 km from the centre of Trégueux, 5 km from the centre of St. Brieuc, 60 km from the centre of Dinan, in the residential district, 7 km from the sea. Private: large, well-kept garden 1'000 m2 with lawn and trees, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, sandy beach "Les Rosaires" 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
