Good find

Perfect set up for two families - 8 people in total. There are two separate apartments which gave us some privacy but all got together in the ground floor apartment for drinks and meals etc with the large outside table easily seating 8. Accommodation was spotless and had great views. Pool was perfect. Our only criticism was that at peak times, the water pressure was low/non existent on the top floor due to the infrastructure of the area. The house is up a steep hill so need to be aware of that for those less fit.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt die Insel Brac ist einfach eine Reise wert und das Flair der Insel wunderschön. Es gibt viele kleine Buchten zum Baden und überall nette kleine Kaffees. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen

Wonderful villa for a large family or a 2-family group

This is a beautiful villa - perfect for two families vacationing together. Plenty of Soave, gorgeous views, very clean and well appointed. The pool and the lounging area around the pool are wonderful. The location may not work for everyone because the villa is located on a quiet street up quite a steep hill. Getting to the beach or the center of Sutivan is no problem, getting back to the beach may pose an issue for some. We quite liked the challenge though. :)) I would be very comfortable recommending this villa to my friends.

Erholung in angenehmer Atmosphäre

Ein schönes Haus in welchem sich zwei jeweils, mit zweckmäßig geräumigen Möbeln, allen notwendigen Elektrogeräten (Herd/Ofen/Spülmaschine/Waschmaschine/Wasserkocher/Föhn/Bügeleisen), plus separat steuerbarer Klimanalagen und geschmackvollen Accessoirs eingerichtete Wohneinheiten, mit Balkon/Terrasse und eigenem Pool im uneinsehbaren von Olivenbäumen umsäumten Hof befinden. Villa Maria liegt sehr ruhig, am oberen Rand der Appartmentbebauung Sutivans. Das Farbspiel von gebrochenen Weiss des Steins, über das Grün der Bäume, bis zum Ultramin der Adria, zwischen der Dalmatinischen Küste und der Insel Brac, heisst einem von Anfang an willkommen und lies uns schnell ein Gefühl von zuHause sein empfinden. Vom Balkon aus lässt sich wunderbar der Sonnenaufgang hinter dem zwischen Split und Omis gelegenen Mosor-Gebirge genießen. Die 250m lange Strasse zum Meer, welche durchaus etwas steil ist, hielt uns an keinem Tag ab, zu den schönen Stränden oder in das touristisch angenehm erschlossene Fischerdorf Sutivan zu spazieren. Die für die Größe des Ortes zahlreichen Restaurants, eröffnen einem ein ausgewogen vielfältiges Angebot an leckeren regionalen Gerichten für fast jeden Geschmack und Getränken vom würzigen Pivo bis zum Genuss eines Stina - Plavac Mali Majstor. Wir konnten jeden Tag zusätzlich den sauberen, gut temperierten Pool zur Erfrischung und schwimmen kleiner Bahnen nutzen. Alles in Allem 2 wunderschöne Wochen, die nach Wiederholung rufen.

Urlaub Sutivan

Es war insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub. Nur die Entfernung zum Strad und Sauberkeit hat uns nicht so zufrieden gemacht. Der steile Berg hoch vom Strand na Hause war sehr anstrengend. Der Strand war sehr schön das Wasser einmalig.

Wir freuen uns sehr, dass der Gast einen schönen Urlaub hatte, aber wir bedauern, dass er uns bei seiner Ankunft nicht mitgeteilt hat, dass er mit der Reinigung nicht zufrieden war. Wir haben in allen unseren Unterkünften einen Hinweis, in dem die Gäste gebeten werden, uns über alle Probleme zu informieren, da wir sie gerne sofort lösen möchten. Ganz Sutivan ist sehr hügelig und jeder Rückweg vom Strand ist bergauf, es sei denn, die Wohnung oder Villa liegt direkt am Strand? We are very happy that the guest had a lovely holiday but we are sad that they didn't inform us that they were not satisfied with the cleaning on their arrival. We have a notice in all our properties asking guests to tell us about any problems as we like to solve them immediately. All Sutivan is very hilly and any walk back from the beach will involve an uphill walk unless the apt or villa is right down by the beach
