Il Poderino is a cozy vacation home with three rooms and a total area of 60 square meters. The house was renovated in 2010 and features practical furnishings that are sure to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The living/sleeping room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and a single bed (80 cm). There is also a room with a French bed (160 cm) and a small room with two beds (80 cm), although it does not have a wardrobe. All three rooms are perfect for relaxing after a day full of activities.

The small, open kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for you and your family. It comes equipped with four gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy your meals.

The house boasts a shower/bidet/WC for your convenience. It is also equipped with heating and gas heating to keep you warm and cozy during the winter months. You can enjoy the panoramic view of the surroundings while relaxing on the deck chairs.
