Your Well-being is our Priority!

The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

The villa May is located in Benissa, only 600 m from the famous beach El Advocat by Benissa coast, with a beach bar. Only 6 Km from the town centers of Moraira or Calpe, where you will be able to enjoy all kinds of commodities like restaurants, bars, shops, relaxing just sitting on their terraces looking at the beautiful sea views. May is a cozy and well-equipped villa with panoramic views towards the orange trees plantation.

It offers a parking space for two cars. From the entrance, steps lead down to a spacious terrace with a kidney-shaped private swimming pool and sunbeds and barbecue and outside shower and WC, all surrounded by beautiful palm trees. There is no access to the top apartment of the villa for the guests. During the rental period is empty and closed. The accommodation is exclusively on the lower level, by the pool terrace level, where we find a covered terrace with a barbecue, outside shower, and WC. To the villa, we enter through a shaded veranda with patio furniture perfect for the daily coffee in the morning enjoying the nice views.

Inside we find a stylish lounge/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD+A/C with a kitchenette. Following 3 bedrooms, two double and one twin bedroom sharing a modern shower room. The villa also offers a central heating system, perfect for winter stays. This villa´s convenient proximity to the beach, together with its relaxing atmosphere will make it hard for you to leave this lovely spot.

Villa Review

After 1 week in the villa I can say it was overall a good experience. the location was fab with Calpe 15 minutes away, a restaurant directly next door. The Accommodation was OK however a little tired and could do with a little investment for example all the knives were blunt, had to buy knives and forks which is nothing major. the only thing that really annoyed me was the beds were doubles and not king size. some might say petty but as a bigger guy and used to a king size bed I picked this over other villas because they advertised king size beds .. they weren't they were standard doubles. this lead to us pushing the 2 singles together to make a bed. Now at least 40% of my holiday is going to be in bed and therefore as important as all aspects. the positives. the outside space is fabulous decent pool and deep, nice sitting area with BBQ loo and shower and 2 separate terraces. Inside could just do with a lick of paint.

Me a parecido maravilloso!!! Hemos pasado unos dias geniales..... hemos disfrutado de toda la casa entera.... dsd bañarnos por la noche a ver alguna peli de noche en las tumbonas afuera.... unas vistas increibles!!! Un detalle muy importante para mi el haber podido disfrutar tambien alli de mis dos perritas... haber podido llevar a las dos a sido maravilloso!! Gracias!!! Y que decir de lo que han disfrutado nuestros niños que hemos llevado ni mas ni menos que 4!! Dos adolescentes y dos de 11 se lo han pasado pipa!!!!! Toda la familia al completo lo hemos pasado genial!!! Una maravilla de villa... la mires por donde la mires😍😍😍
