Stunning views day and night!
Orientation of house guarantees incredible sunsets. We'd plan our day around being at this property for sunset. If you ever wished to live aboard a boat, this location is just like that but better. No motion, small rooms and toilets, but all the sensations of living at sea: a close experience of nature in all phases. Feel the wind, see a variety of birds, and spy on fish jumping in the water. All rooms have a water view and the layout makes living and hosting friends enjoyable.

Why they chose this property
I inherited the dream from my Father to build a house on this site. He purchased in in the 1950's, and we fulfilled the dream in 2012. Our family has been coming to this property since we were kids, well before the house was built.
What makes this property unique
Living here you will get the thrill and serenity of living on the water, without the discomfort of being on a boat! We just built steps down the bluff to the water below, so you can privately get to the water and enjoy kayaks, SUPs, etc.
