About this property
Adorable Amagansett Cottage, Walk to Town or Beach
Charming, bright and airy cottage in beautiful and relaxing Amagansett. Featured in the magazine Cottages & Bungalows, the cottage was lovingly restored with many fine amenities and furnishings.
The main floor consists of the living room, separate dining area that seats 6 comfortably, a fully stocked kitchen, a full bathroom (with tub), a bright queen bedroom and an adorable twin bunk room (accessed through the queen bedroom). The spacious master bedroom on the second floor has a king bed. There is also a shower outdoors.
Set on nearly an acre of land, the property has charm with a split rail fence, mature trees, flowering shrubs, and an arbor. There is a huge deck out back with a dining table for 8 and a cozy seating area, as well as a gas grill for your enjoyment. The yard is large enough to set up a badminton net, croquet or just throwing the ball around!
Our house is situated three blocks from the Village of Amagansett, which has a more laid back vibe than its neighbors. The Square in town has the perfect coffee shops, green juiceries and yoga studios, as well as some cute boutiques selling everything you would need for a weekend away in the Hamptons!
We are a roughly 4 minute drive or 6 minute bike ride to Indian Wells or Atlantic Beach. Even though we have a pass (which unfortunately isn't transferable as they write your license plate on it), we typically ride bikes as parking can be somewhat difficult. You can, however, buy day passes valid M-F for $15/day. Check the signs.
