Toplocatie maar helaas niet praktisch en niet hygiënisch

De ligging aan het arenal strand was top. De communicatie met de beheerder en de eigenaars was ook prima. Het appartement is op zich heel gezellig, met een ruime woonkamer en degelijke slaapkamers. Echter was 1 slaapkamer door het ontbreken van airco en de hoge temperaturen niet bruikbaar. Doordat deze slaapkamer aan de straatkant ligt, kan het raam niet open omwille van de geluidshinder. Aan het raam situeert zich ook de buitenunit van de airco van een andere slaapkamer die warme lucht naar binnen zou blazen. Gelukkig waren wij maar met 2 koppels en 1 baby, dus konden wij samen met de baby in de 3e slaapkamer met airco slapen. Na een week kwam er een muffe geur uit de airco van de slaapkamer. Er kon geen ventilator voorzien worden tot dat het probleem opgelost was. Gezien de hoge temperaturen hebben wij zelf een ventilator moeten aankopen bij de locale chinese bazaar. Het ergste was dat het appartement bij het aankomen helemaal niet degelijk gepoetst was. De hoeken van de vloeren in de woonkamer en de badkamer zaten nog onder het stof, vuil en haren. De zetels zaten ook onder het zand, stof, vuil en haren. Het was duidelijk dat deze al even niet gepoetst werden. Na overleg met de eigenaar hebben wij het nog zelf kunnen poetsen omdat er niet direct een snelle oplossing voorzien kon worden. 1 badkamer is wat klein maar voor de rest ok. De 2e 'badkamer' is feitelijk een zeer kleine ruimte met douche en wc die zich in openlucht bevindt. Ook niet echt praktisch bij temperaturen van +36 graden. Deze info/foto's vond ik niet terug in de advertentie. De airco's verliezen water dat opgevangen wordt in een bak. Deze bakken dienen tijdig (verschillende keren per dag) leeggemaakt te worden anders stroomt het water naar de onderburen of het gemeenschappelijk gebied. Desondanks dat de ligging top was, was het voor ons omwille van bovenstaande punten helaas niet bepaald een relaxte vakantie vandaar ook de lage score.

Durch die Lage leider sehr laut aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht bis hin zum Flaschenöffner. Vermieter war super erreichbar und hilfsbereit
