- Pets are an additional $50/day per PET and MUST be approved prior to check in

THE NEIGHBORHOOD :
Our home is located in the Movie Colony. A quiet residential neighborhood with a mix of full-time residents, seasonal visitors, and vacation rental homes. We are protected from the strong winds that the north side of town experiences and are close to the mountains. Although the home is relatively close to the Palm Springs airport, we do not experience much airplane noise as we are not in the flight path.
We are minutes from grocery stores, Ralphs and Albertsons. Walking to Ruth Hardy Par and a quick bike or Uber ride the downtown Palm Springs shops and restaurants.

HOW TO GET AROUND :
On the weekend you can access a free shuttle that runs up and down the main strip of Palm Springs and brings you downtown. Lyft, Uber and cabs are also available. The Palm Springs airport is 5 minutes away. The property is just under 2 hours drive from Los Angeles.

Beautiful, comfortable home!

House was very chic as well as comfortable for our group of 5 adults. Swimming pool and hot tub add to the fun and there is even a beautifully landscaped yard and putting green.

Executive level excellence

I rented this property for my boss, who owns our company, and his wife. The owners made it very easy for me to reach them and were very quick to answer all of my very specific questions before their arrival. They definitely made me look very good. My boss said they had a great time, and really enjoyed the privacy. Lots of space for the dog, clean home, lovely pool; A perfect getaway from the bustle of LA.

Amazing Stay - Highly Recommend

The pictures make the house look beautiful but wait until you get there! We were blown away and can't wait to go back. The layout is perfect for families or 3 couples - casita is fully appointed and functions like a small apartment - such a bonus! The pool is wonderful and perfect for soaking and floating. The swim step is to die for. I can't say enough great things about the house, the owners and the high-level of communication we had leading up to and during our stay. Just awesome.

This home was such a wonderful winter escape for us! The inside of the house & the casita were clean and very comfortable! (Including the beds and linens). The kitchen has all the essentials and more with awesome appliances! Both bathrooms (in the main house) were very clean & hip and both showers & tubs were nothing short of amazing and spa-like! The living room furnishings are very comfortable with a great TV, however the only downside was the lack of a cable box for more/easier viewing options, which wouldn’t be a problem for a short stay but we were there for the entire month! So Netflix it was! The outdoor living at this property was like nothing we have ever had the pleasure of experiencing! The landscaping is beautiful! and with several seating areas we were able to enjoy every bit of it! The pool with the baha shelf and spa were to die for! Better than any resort! While there, we had the absolute pleasure of meeting the owners who were super nice people & very attentive to any issues of concern! We would highly recommend this property and hope to return again! Fabulous home in the desert!

Absolutely loved our rental property in Palm Springs! Owners Patrick and Collin were so great to deal with. Beautiful private yard and quiet neighbourhood - close to all types of shopping and dining. Enjoyed the pool and spa in the back yard which was great for relaxing. The front yard was so pretty in the evening with the trees and lights. Would definitely rent this home again‼️

Beautiful and Quiet Getaway

The house was a beautiful and comfortable stay. We were two couples who visited the area during the week for a relaxing getaway - the house served our purposes perfectly. The kitchen was very nice, and had most of the items needed, which is pretty important to us when traveling, especially with a group, as cooking tends to be a focal point. The house accommodates 6 to sleep and there is no bad room in the house, however i think the Casita is probably the highlight of the property as far as sleeping arrangements. There is a pool and hot tub, which is really nice and mostly private, I say mostly only because during the week of our stay there were roofers working on some of the adjacent properties, that did not stop us from enjoying the pool area however. Overall this house gets an A from me - definitely a great place to come and relax - if you are looking for a place to come and be a little rowdy, I would not recommend this place - Palm Springs seems to be pretty strict as far as their noise policy, etc. But overall a great stay and the owner, Patrick was very responsive before and during our stay.

Wonderful Get-A-Way

The property owners were wonderful and responded quickly. We really liked the off-street gated parking which added a sense of privacy and security. Directions to unlock the house and operate the pool, jacuzzi and AC were easy to follow. The house and Casita were welcoming, clean and comfortable, but we spent most of our time in the pool. Loved the Baja shelf with umbrella as well as the outdoor double chaise lounge. It was too hot to BBQ or dine outside, but we would have in slightly cooler weather. We booked last minute and Patrick and Collin cared about making the experience as easy and stress-free as possible. We would not hesitate to book with them again.

In additional to the main house with sizable bedrooms, our stand alone Casita with kitchenette and full bathroom provides great privacy for guests travels in a group or families with kids. The pools "Baja Shelf" with umbrella gives shade from the desert sun and also a safe play area for kids.
