Renovated house, close to beaches, pets allowed

3kms from the beaches of Locquirec and within 10kms of the beach of SaintEfflam, beautiful resort, this old farmhouse, whose buildings are unoccupied, is located in quiet countryside in the small village of "Pont Menou." It was recently restored and furnished with care. It will be the perfect place to discover the region's rich heritage. Many festivities take place throughout the season, and walks routes are proposed to discover the path of the parish enclosures. The fish lovers will travel the few kilometers separating this holiday house Brest, less than an hour away, to visit the Oceanopolis. The regional specialties: crepes, galettes and the famous "Kig ha farz".

Super séjour

Monique la propriétaire est chaleureuse et bienveillante, en cas de questions elle est réactive et se déplace tout de suite.La maison est grande propre bien aménagée et fonctionnelle tout pour reussir son séjours. Il y a même un barbecue pour l'été !!!Monique nous donne beaucoup de conseils et d'endroits à visiter cela nous guide pour savoir par où trouver des activités Je recommande !!

logement

maison calme mais par contre la propreté laisse a désirée a peine rentré dans le logement l'odeur d'humidité est très prenante la cuisine aussi n'est pas propre les insectes mort en dessous du meuble télé. lit très humide moisissure dans les douches et j'en passe nous avons du partir le lendemain car ma fille a des problèmes respiratoire par rapport a l'humidité et la poussière contacte avec la propriétaire pour un petit remboursement mais a ce jour elle ne me répond plus au téléphone très très déçu logement a fuir surtout par rapport au prix que j'ai payer qui compte 60 euros de menage honteux

sejour agréable mais pluvieux, région super. revoir le ménage entre les locataires, beaucoup de toiles d'araignées, poussière dans les meubles, moisissure dans les douches et wc, manque d'ampoules électriques. beaucoup de finitions du logement sont à terminer. un rafraichissement est à faire dans la maison

Sejour agréable

Maison spacieuse,au calme qui est apreciable pour passer les vacances,bien situé car proche de la plage et de commerces (-10mn),proprietaire tres gentille ,et qui a eu la delicate attention de nous offrir des petits gateaux bretons à notre arrivée. Nous avons passé un bon sejour.
