séjour agréable dans les côtes d’Armor

Petite maison bien aménagée, très calme, une très bonne literie, loin de tout commerce. Une dizaine de minutes à pied pour atteindre la plage de sable fin, agréable car pas trop de monde. Une trentaine de minutes en voiture pour atteindre Perros Guirrec, la côte de granit rose. Prévoir 2 jeux de clés.

Logement très agréable et confortable

Maison spacieuse, rénovée et moderne, très agréable à séjourner. Très bonne literie. La proximité de la route ne doit pas effrayer car quasiment aucun passage, on peut petit déjeuner/déjeuner/diner ou se prélasser tranquillement sur la terrasse (qui est d'ailleurs bien clôturée) sans nuisance ni vis à vis, tout est très calme. Grand terrain non clôturé derrière la maison. Très belles balades à faire dans les environs, de la maison à pieds on peut rejoindre le sentier côtier en contrebas et accéder à de charmantes petites plages (par contre peut être un peu difficiles d'accès aux personnes à faible mobilité ); autres plages plus simples d'accès, à vélo ou voiture très rapidement (ou à pieds pour les courageux), tout comme le centre. Boulangerie 10 mn à pieds effectivement, et lorsque nous y étions food truck présent le lundi soir en face du camping. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, sous le soleil en plus ! Et merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir permis de différer notre arrivée suite à un imprévu.

Maison agréable un peu proche de la route et il manque une ouverture sur le jardin. Très bonne literie et nous avons apprécié le sèche linge et la capacité importante de la machine à laver.

Hat trotz sehr grossem Garten leider keinen Sitzplatz zum Garten, nur zur Strasse. Keinen Esstisch (nur Bar). Im Bad wäre mindestens ein Duschvorhang wünschenswert und die Armaturen waren völlig verkalkt, so dass kaum mehr Wasser geflossen ist......

Chouette maison et très agréable séjour

Maison indépendante offrant beaucoup de confort (4 chambres, cuisine ouverte sur salon, garage ...), complètement rénovée récemment et très bien décorée. Terrasse à l'avant, grand jardin à l'arrière (chouette pour les enfants jouer). Propriétaire sympa. Deux belles plages tranquilles (criques) à proximité (15 min à pied), bel environnement (promenades le long estuaire avec beau village du Yaudet) et bien situé pour visiter la région (côte de granit rose et plus en Bretagne). A recommander.

Rundum gelungener Sommerurlaub in der Bretagne

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub 2017 im Haus von Herrn Cabel verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist neu renoviert, hat 4 Schlafzimmer mit komfortablen Doppelbetten, sodass sich auch eine große Familie ausbreiten kann. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, alles funktionierte wunderbar, der riesige Fernseher hat Kabelempfang, das WLAN ist superschnell. Deutsche Programme haben wir nicht gefunden, aber ehrlich gesagt auch nicht wirklich danach gesucht. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in der Garage untergebracht und ebenfalls neu. Alles war sauber und modern. Hinter dem Haus ist ein großer Garten, der Vorgarten hat Sitzgelegenheiten und man kann auch grillen. Fußläufig ist ein Bäcker/Konditor zu erreichen, für größere Einkäufe benötigt man etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto (Lannion). Ein Auto ist für die Gegend empfehlenswert. Eine schöne Bucht mit Sandstrand erreicht man nach ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß, zum Hafen läuft man etwa eine halbe Stunde. Der Vermieter Herr Cabel ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, spricht auch ein bisschen Englisch. Aber selbst wir mit unseren rudimentären Französchkenntnissen hatten keine Verständigungsprobleme, wir würden dieses Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Frisch renoviertes, großzügig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in attraktiver Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus ist komplett renoviert und geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit modernster Technik ausgestattet (Induktionsherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle). Es ist ferner eine Waschmaschine, ein Wäschetrockner, WLAN sowie ein beeindruckender Fernseher vorhanden. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein großer Garten. Die Umgebung ist ruhig mit zwei sehr schönen kleinen Buchten mit Sandstrand, die in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Locquemeau ist ein recht kleiner Ort, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind jedoch in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch die weitere Umgebung ist attraktiv, letztlich ist fast die gesamte Bretagne im Rahmen von Tagesausflügen erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert, wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.
