Beautiful, cosy house "De Manou", semi-detached. 1.5 km from the centre of Six-Fours-les-Plages, 12 km from the centre of Toulon, 41 km from the centre of Cassis, on a slope, in the residential district, 5 km from the sea. Private: well-kept garden 580 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, courtyard, parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, sandy beach "Bonnegrâce" 5 km. Golf course 18 km. Hiking paths: Iles des Embiez, Porquerolles, Cassis. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
