About this property
New Modern Home with Sea Views near the Beach
This newly built house is located in an elevated position affording beautiful ocean views. Built with concrete and wood, it boasts a modern and state of the art design. The first floor comprises a large open kitchen with living/dining room and distinctive fireplace, a guest WC, plus a second living area with fireplace. The whole floor opens out to a terrace with sun deck and swimming pool. The BBQ/grill and another sitting area is situated in the back of the house. The upper floor consists of a master bedroom with bathroom and two guest bedrooms sharing a bathroom. All bedrooms are facing the ocean with sea views and are connected with an upper terrace. The basement has independent access and contains of a small staff bedroom with en suite bathroom. The current owners have furnished and decorated the house with lots of taste and art. This new modern home is very well-designed and maintained and a practical house for enjoying relaxing vacations close to the beach and the towns of Manantiales and La Barra.
