Fairy Tale house strategically located close to everything and in a quiet area
Fairy Tale House, this is my home, looks like escaped from a movie (people call it "The Hobbit" or Handsel & Gretel's house)... unique relaxing atmosphere with the comfort of a modern house.
It is big, spacious and fresh, two floors a deck and nice gardens.
Surrounded by pine trees, walking distance to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, hardware store, and restaurants.
Strategically located same distance to Punta and Punta Ballena, and shortcut to La Barra.
Best to be by car, but I PROVIDE BICYCLES AT NOT EXTRA COST and also there is a bus stop at the corner... not to mention Uber!
