The property features a spacious 2,800 m2 garden with a variety of plants, which guests are welcome to explore. The swimming pool is 14 x 8 m and has a depth of 110 - 150 cm. It is available for use seasonally between May 13th and October 7th. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Please note that the property is fenced for your privacy and safety.

Access to Podere Elga is via a 400 m long motorway, which is an unmade road. Parking is available on the premises. The nearest shop is just 800 m away, while a supermarket can be found 6.8 km away. The sandy beach is just 30 km away, making it easy to enjoy a day by the sea. "Il Rustico" is a charming and comfortable 3-room cottage spread over two levels, covering 75 m2. The cottage is beautifully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. The living/sleeping room is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table, and satellite TV. The room has an exit to the terrace, which offers a beautiful view of Castelvecchio di Compito Alto.

The cottage has an open kitchen that is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. The kitchen also has four hot plates, making it ideal for preparing meals. The upper floor of the cottage has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a French bed (160 cm), while the second bedroom has two comfortable beds. The cottage also has a shower/WC.

The cottage has gas heating and air-conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay regardless of the weather. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and a portable barbecue, making it ideal for outdoor dining. The cottage also has facilities such as a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, and baby cot for up to 2-year-olds. The cottage also offers free WiFi, and reserved parking is available at the house.
